The further development of our deburring grinding plates are our patented deburring segments FAPI-FLEX-SAT (patent no. DE20304860 U1). These advanced deburring segments were developed in collaboration with the company Timesavers from the Netherlands. Fast, safe and clean deburring or edge rounding of sheet metal parts is no longer a problem when using these tools. Deburring grinding segments can also be individually adapted depending on the application. We would be pleased to advise you on which deburring discs can be used in your processing, in order to achieve top process results. Please note, other trim types are available upon request!

At our facility, we utilize state-of-the-art laser cutting technology to ensure precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. We operate two cutting-edge laser cutting centers equipped with 3kW and 6kW fiber sources, respectively. Our 3kW laser center offers a maximum working dimension of 2000x4000mm, while our 6kW laser center boasts working dimensions of 1500x3000mm. These capabilities allow us to handle a wide range of project sizes with ease and accuracy. When it comes to material thickness, our laser cutting centers excel. We can effortlessly cut through steel up to 25mm thick, stainless steel up to 20mm thick, and aluminum up to 15mm thick. This versatility enables us to accommodate various project requirements and deliver precise results every time. With our cutting-edge laser technology and skilled team, we ensure that every component we produce meets the highest standards of quality and precision, meeting the diverse needs of our customers across industries.

BKE 550 is a table or permanent device for extremely fast, double-sided deburring of sheet parts from all metals (including stainless steel), up to approx. 5 mm sheet-metal thickness, in a single step. The BKE 550 sheet deburring machine is for the highest demands in effective, fast and safe deburring. The double-sided deburring of sheets is guaranteed through the machine construction with two finned grounding wheels, which are installed directly on motor shafts that run opposite. Smaller and handy workpieces can be placed and processed with a horizontal table. Large metal sheets and strips can also be deburred with a vertical table. Note: These machine feet have proven themselves to be universally applicable elements for the elastic support of all types of machine. They are commonly used wherever large horizontal movements are to be avoided. The horizontal rigidity is higher in all directions than the vertical rigidity. If used correctly they are excellent at preventing the transfer of vibration and noise. Machine feet with shear protection are available for situations where tensile forces are to be expected. The indicated load data are reference values for static loads by rubber hardness of Shore 60A. In contrast to those in the drawing, the holes D2 can also be elongated holes.
