Station of plastic waste bins 120 and 240 Wheels of bins stand in a special groove in the station bottom. It enables very easy tipping of the bin. Steelwire rope protects the bins from falling out.

Its base is formed by ferroconcrete solid structure with a galvanized doorframe firmly builtin. Doors of boxes are hitched into the builtin frame by means of pivots. Surface finish: structure scrubbed concrete doors galvanized steel.

Standardly delivered with two brakes on two wheels wheel diameter is 200 mm. Can be delivered in version equipped with central brake and children safeguard. In agreement with EN 840 certification. Resistant to UV radiation chemical and biological impacts and frost. Smooth surfaces help against sticking of waste on them. Manufacture materials does not contain any cadmium and can be granulated again. Child safetyock can be ordered.

Fatra, a.s. – the traditional plastic processing company in the Czech Republic – expanded its production facilities in 2015 by processing internal and external plastic waste on a new re-granulating line. We offer polyolefin re-granulates produced on modern re-granulating lines, plastic waste processing from PP, PE, PP/PE, EVAC materials, and plastic waste buyout.

Regranulate One of the reasons for using secondary raw materials (plastic waste) is their economic advantage caused by reduced material exigency and generally lower prices of inputs – recycled products/re-granulates.
