The multi-function unit is a universal C-shaped stationary machine designed for sheet metal utilising industries as a machine for every situation. In respect to working with sheet metal and profiles in aluminium, steel or stainless steel many demands are realised with the multi-function unit MFG 500/150 E. Accordingly the machine is used for clinching, self-piercing riveting, punching, pressing-in and embossing. However a new machine is not needed every time but merely an appropriate tool holder is inserted and the machine is ready for a further task. You can also choose from standardised tool holders or a custom-manufactured tool holder according to your needs. Required tools (punches and dies) and tool holders are not included in the scope of delivery. They must be chosen separately, based on the actual task. Our tooling engineers and designers have extensive experience in creating various blow moulds and injection moulds with the following characteristics: Extrusion blow moulds with volume of the articles up to 20 litres; Injection moulds with a maximum size of 546 mm X 896 mm and a maximum weight of 2,500 kg. We also offer a complete set of services that help in the manufacturing maintenance of mould tools: Design, 3D model and a “Rapid Prototype”; Servicing and repairs.

We offer design and production of writing pads in numerous options all performed in our premises in Poland. Here you can also order production of blocks of graphics for scrap booking. Our notebooks, notepads and blocks can be fully customized in terms of size, printing, binding and refinements. We manufacture customized notepads with or without a cover. We offer stapled, glued or sewn-glued notebooks, spiral binded notebooks with all sorts of hard or soft covers. We offer different cardboards and papers and offset printing in 1 colour, cmyk or Pantone colours. We offer the following refinements mainly for the covers: lamination glossy or matt, including softtouch lamination, selective uv lacquer, gold or silver foil hotstamping, embossing, cut patterns, windows, etc. We can add accessories such as: elastic bands, pen holders, envelopes, dividers or stickers.
