EL MERGE is an automated merger tool. The products (single cups and packs) are either picked-up when stationary or dynamically grouped and picked-up without stopping. This equipment allows transfer of several tracks to one or more tracks. The stacks might be packed according to product heights.

EL LOAD is an automated packing station for bulk products or packs. The products (cups, bottles and packs) can be: - Grouped, referenced and picked up when stationary - Synchronized / timed and picked-up in continuous movement (following the conveyor) Open boxes or boxes with flaps can be: - Loaded when stopped after referencing - Loaded in continuous movement (following the conveyor) EL LOAD is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.

EL WRAP is a continuous overwrapper for single cups or packs. This robot can be adapted to suit the desired packs: wrap-around cartons, economy or “drop-through” cartons and can be adapted to any pack size (1x2, 1x4, 2x2, 2x4, 4x4…). The format can be change quickly without the need for special tools. The machine speed can reach 360 packs/minute. EL WRAP is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.

10 ml dropper bottles Our oil dispersible food colorings are used to color chocolate and candy melts. You dose approximately 1 to 3 percent of coloring to the mass of melted chocolate. Our chocolate colorings are made with european allowed synthetic colors and are blended with fractionized coconut oil. These colorings contain azo colors and can have influence on the hyperactivity and attention in children. Available colors and ingredients: E104 = Quinoline Yellow E110 = Sunset Yellow E123 = Amaranth E124 = Ponceau 4R E133 = Brilliant Blue E171 = Titanium dioxide 75 gram cups oil dispersible Basic colors packed per 75 gram in cups. Containing the colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, White, Fuchsia, Blue. All food colors can be produced as private labels.

10ml dropper bottles We have a range of 19 water soluble food colorings under de name Candycol. The colorings are synthetic and are to be used on a white basis, like fondant or marzipan. With one 10 ml bottle you can color 1 to 5 kilograms of product, depending on the color. Our water soluble Candycol colorings contain: water, 'colorings see below', preservatives: E202, E211, E330. The range contains the colors: New: white water dispersible colorings with E171 (non azo) E104 = Quinoline Yellow E110 = Sunset Yellow E123 = Amaranth E124 = Ponceau 4R E133 = Brilliant Blue E151 = Black PN E171 = Titanium dioxide 100 gram cups water soluble Basic colors packed per 100 gram in cups.
