They are Useful in motor winding wire, cables, transformer winding, telecommunications, explosives, fuse wires, railways and many applications. They are produced, hard or annealed by copper wire rods which are drawn down to thickness 1,40 mm - 8mm. They are according with TS 3, DIN EN 13601, DIN EN 13602. General properties material with minimum copper content 99.95%.

G-Line Ultra 860 & 960 are the most robust hoses in the Goodridge range; used by motorsport teams globally who require the highest level of protection from temperature, high pressure, vacuum resistance and kink resistance. Similar to the Goodridge G-Line XF range, G Line Ultra features a smooth bore, externally convoluted, carbon impregnated, anti-static PTFE liner. In addition, the G-Line Ultra range features a helically wound high tensile 316 stainless steel coil, seated between the external convolutions of the PTFE hose liner. The coil increases burst pressures, vacuum resistance and kink resistance. Double swivel tail fitting options are available to aid with alignment.

Our silicon hoses can be ordered in different sizes and shapes so they are able to connect different kinds of engine mounted charge air cooler system parts. We produce charge air hose with convoluted shape that perfectly endure vibrations and works well even in case of mis-alignments. There are tow ways of manufacturing charge air hoses. Meta-aramid reinforced silicone hoses withstand a temperature range of -56 to +250 degrees Celsius while Polyester reinforced hoses withstand a range between -56 and 180 degrees Celsius. Materials Available with the option of fluoro-silicone or FKM inner linings for added resistance against oil and acid fuel. Hoses with metal fittings and crimped ends also can be developed on demand.

Application: Crimp-insert can be fitted in the entrance hole of the connector. Designed for soldering or crimping on mineral insulated metal sheathed cable or crimping on insulated wire. Construction: • Brass machined insert with 0,1 mm tolerance on the cable O.D. The adapter fits in all standard connectors.

The hose features a smooth bore, externally convoluted, carbon impregnated, anti-static PTFE liner, wrapped in a Stainless Steel braid. In addition to the 711 crimp and 4000 series crimp/draw swage fittings, the G-Line XF 811 hose can be assembled using 811 reusable fittings, without the need for specialist tooling.

The G-Line XF 910 is the lightest smoothbore hose in the Goodridge range. The hose features a smooth bore, externally convoluted, carbon impregnated, anti-static PTFE liner, wrapped in a super lightweight Aramid fibre braid. In addition to the 711 crimp and 4000 series crimp/draw swage fittings, the G-Line XF 910 hose can be assembled using 811 reusable fittings, without the need for specialist tooling.
