Spider polyurethane hardness Shore 98A. Hub aluminium. Conical ring carbon steel. Note This coupling series is particularly suitable for use in high speed main spindle or drill spindle drives. Before the plugin assembly, both clamping ring hubs must be fastened to the shafts with the correct tightening torque. Lightly oil the spider to ease assembly. Assembly The shaft to hub bore fit should be a transition fit. The play should be max. 0.02 mm. i.e shaft Ø 25 k6 bore Ø 25 G6. Bores smaller than D1/D2 min. are possible, however an optimal transfer of the nominal torque is no longer guaranteed. On request Hub bores D1 and D2 with separate tolerance class or range. The Repico® Grip type coupling is designed to replace traditional pipe joining methods (welded, flanged, threaded, etc.). The Grip type pipe coupling offers a tensile or restraint connection between the pipes. This means that there is a leak free connection made and the pipes are held in position inside the coupling. A grip ring holds the pipe within the coupling. Of course any type of pipe material that can withstand the sealing pressure of the coupling can be connected. Note that there are different versions for metallic and plastic pipes. No special tools or skilled people are required to install the Repico® product program. The pipe ends only need to be deburred and cleaned. The bolts tightened evenly and torqued with a torque wrench ensures a secure and durable connection. Multi-part design with brake drum according to DIN 15431 The TSCHAN ® TNM GBT is a torsionally flexible and shock-proof claw coupling with brake drum and removable claw ring. They compensate for angular as well as radial and axial shaft misalignment within fixed tolerances. The torque is transmitted through an elastic transitional ring. The elastic transitional ring made of Perbunan (Pb) with nitrile rubber as the base material dampens shocks and torsional vibrations, is oil-proof, insensitive to temperature and normally electrically conductive.
