The standard height of our products is 720 mm. Depending on the table top size, a telescopic traverse connection is used that is applicable to 70 cm - 90 cm. Traverse connection is claw type and screw mounted. Electrostatic powder coating is applied in our products. Customized production, disassembled shipment.

The KLN QSW 400 L is a modular laser welding machine. The advantage of the modular structure is that the central laser welding machine can remain unchanged in the various welding tasks and only the housing and its frame structure must be adapted to the actual welding task. The Gronemeyer mat table cools, ferments or freezes general cargo and bulk goods. The products are transported on a plastic mat conveyor chain. The design of the machine permits treating unpackaged food. The products' discharge temperature can be changed by adjusting the throughput time and/or the temperature in the module. The mat table is a cost-effective and space-saving solution for short throughput times. The mini-cold table, developed by PRG specialists, is made of stainless steel. The countertop is made of stainless steel with a thickness of 8 mm to ensure uniform cooling of the batch of sweets and maximum heat dissipation. Side bars 20 mm thick pass along the entire perimeter of the table so that the candy mass does not cross the edges. The central moving bar can be adjusted up and down the table to provide a smaller cooling area, or allow you to create two smaller areas for simultaneous cooling of two batches.
