PowerFlex is designed to be a robust, flexible and reliable conveyor solution for almost any operation requirement. Using its integrated handles and intuitive design, the conveyor can be contorted and shaped to fit into infinite environments. Its braked castors, 240v power supply and renowned latching connections make it an incredibly userfriendly piece of equipment. The PowerFlex SmartFlow platform differs from traditional PowerFlex with its distinct controls functionality. SmartFlow allows for multiple flow control options within one conveyor. Different user operations call for different equipment functionality – SmartFlow puts them all in one place. The selector switch is mounted on the unit’s selfcontained control box, which allows you to switch from 5 varying flow control modes. See below for further details. Conveyors that we use for painting plants and various transfer lines are the most important parts of the automatic systems. Commonly used Webb, Kardan and Power & Free type conveyors are projected and put into used by us. Semi-automatic conveyor lines are also produced for lower production capacities.

We produce our customers orders with a 60-meterlong automatic conveyor line and 8x3x2.5 meters electrostatic powder coating box. ATOM KARINCA completely fulfills all the necessary processes and offer perfect surface quality. We perform electrostatic powder coating according to RAL color codes and surface types. Our heat box unit temperature is between 180-200 Celsius So, painted surface that becomes an integral part of the metal part. After final inspections, the materials are checked in the quality control unit, packaged (DIN standard), and then shipped to the customer.

The main part of the wet painting lines that we have produced is wet painting booths. Wet painting booths are used to apply wet paint on the material under the most ideal conditions after the surface cleaning process and to prevent the paint that can not hold onto the work piece from being escaped to the environment. The wet paint is atomized by high pressure air and applied on the part that is going to be painted. It is preferred because it is easy to apply and gives good results. Our wet painting booths are categorized as With Water Curtain and With Solid Filter because of their different advantages. Wet enameling cabinets for enamel applications are also available in our scope of production.

Powder coating booths are used to apply powder coating on the material under the most ideal conditions after the surface cleaning process and to prevent the paint particles that cannot hold onto the work piece from being escaped to the environment. Electrostatically charged dye particles adhere to the surface with maximum efficiency and homogeneous spread. The system is preferred because; non-adherent powder is reusable with the recycling system in the booths. The truck dock from Lödige facilitates the loading and unloading of air cargo units onto and off trucks. Equipped with a hydraulic lifting unit and a vertical shift function, the truck dock brings conveyor elements into line with the truck loading ramp. ULDs or pallets are transferred horizontally by a powered roller conveyor. Depending on requirements, the conveyor can be replaced or combined with other technologies such as a ball deck or castor deck. A moving version of the truck dock is also available.

Idler roller conveyors made of a sturdy structure in painted steel, supports with adjustable and height-adjustable feet, galvanized steel rollers with rotation on shielded ball bearings. In this position a convenient and economic box holder has been installed and allows the operator to lock and fill the box in comfort. Once the filling is complete, the operator can detach the box by simply pushing it forward.

The TTS Series presents itself as highly flexible: TTS approaches conveyor lines and takes over individual loads or loads on load carriers, for example pallets. AUTOMATIC CASE ERECTORS Semi-automatic carton erector for closing the bottom flaps of the box Max. sixe mm. 520x520x700 or mm 670x670x800. The Pack Point is a case erector that, assisted by an operator, automatically folds the four bottom flaps of an American box. In few seconds the carton is ready for the operator to fill: while holding the case, Pack Point allows the operator to use both hands for placing the product into the carton. When the carton is filled, the operator presses a button and the PP automatically transfers the carton into a case sealer for top and bottom sealing. The Pack Point can be linked to a Gem 520/670 (bottom taper) so that boxes can be easily sent to filling lines by motorized conveyors. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.
