Complete machining of workpieces begins with the right clamping concept. Our engineers develop innovative solutions and clamping devices at the highest technical level. Processing complicated workpieces in efficient cycle times requires process-optimized clamping. We deliver technological solutions with longevity and all-round service. The workpieces are aligned, fixed and clamped hydraulically, pneumatically or mechanically. If several parts are processed at the same time, depending on the number of motor spindles, high-precision fixing, positioning and clamping of the parts is necessary. This is only possible with automated tensioning (e.g. hydraulic) and precise alignment of the devices.

The TEC artec TECpress steam conversion station is a combination of pressure, quantity and temperature control. The subcritical controlled pressure release is integrated with the proven downstream temperature control systems into a complete solution. Any existing crowner can be converted to use RipCap or RingCrown caps, with easy and quick change over from one cap type to the other. RingCrown Technology comprises equipment that can be run at the same speed and efficiency as a crowner, up to 60,000 bottles/hour. The equipment consists of a sorting hopper located above the crowner to orientate the cap. The cap chute to move the cap to a cap applier. The cap applier to place the cap to a bottle. RingCrown sealing heads to crimp and seal the cap to the bottle. Finn-Korkki has been designing and manufacturing ring crown cap equipment since 1979. We supply customers with ring crown cap equipment, a supervised installation and operator training when necessary. Thanks to special sealing heads and equipment, metal and plastic bottles can be sealed with ring crown caps. The sealing is at a very low top pressure to prevent the aluminium bottle or plastic bottle from being deformed during sealing.

Various extension modules are available that convert the offset-free fundamental output of the DFC CORE from 1560 nm to any desired wavelength between 420 nm and 2200 nm.
