Combined spraybooths are designed for manual painting application for automotive industry with downdraft ventilation and drying system. It is manufactured from insulated panel body. Installed to the factory ground or to an metal basement, extraction air ducts are placed at the ground, Fresh air plenum and filtering system is located at the ceiling that creates clean environment inside the spray booth during the painting and drying application. Painting or drying option are selected manually from the control panel, flash-off and cooling positions are automatically controlled. Includes standard type illumination system and optionally Ex-zone, electrical control panel and wiring to the control panel is done. The spray booth is fully controlled by PLC control system and a touch panel. Control system indicates when filters gets contamnated. Filters are easy replaceable. The spraybooth is CE certificated and conforms to the European Norms.

Hydraulic oil HLP 32/46/68 hydraulic oils with a high level of performance. They are manufactured on the basis of highly refined petroleum base oils with a multifunctional additive package that improves filterability, antioxidant, anticorrosive, antiwear, demulsifying and antifoam properties. Designed for use in hydraulic systems of industrial equipment operating under high mechanical and thermal loads, equipped with servo-hydraulic units, proportional control systems and filter elements with a filtration rating of 3-5 microns.

The SMN Injection Molding Static Mixing Nozzle creates homogeneous mixing of polymer melt during injection. The resulting high viscous polymer melt flow is homogeneous with regard to colorant, additives and temperature. Grid Protection Disk for Mixing Elements (Type GPD) The optional GPD Grid Protection Disk is installed inside of the Static Mixing Nozzle upstream the first mixing element. During the start-up operation it avoids a possible so called “cold-start” damage of the mixing element grid by plugs of not completely molten and thus partly solid polymer plugs originating from the transition part between the end of the barrel and the Static Mixing Nozzle Benefits & Function The SMF Filter is designed to be used with the SMN Injection Molding Mixing Nozzle. The purpose and functionality of the SMF filter are numerous: Protects hot runner system and mold by avoiding clogging and/or damage caused my metal pieces accidentally introduced with the feed pellets to the injection molding machine (staples, metal chips, paper clips, etc). Retains semi-molten polymer pellets until melted for incorporation into the polymer melt For customers with poor thermal control systems, the SMF Filter acts as an upstream breaker-plate to prevent “cold-start” crushing of the mixing elements. 0-29 in HgV (to 33 mbar abs) If you thought you couldn't afford the water costs associated with operating a liquid ring pump…think again. One of the wonderful features of the liquid ring pump is that it can be operated with a multitude of different fluids. A self-contained oil sealed system has a number of benefits over a traditional water sealed system: It eliminates water usage and disposal costs; it allows you to install it in remote locations where water may not be available; it allows you to attain higher vacuum levels than with water; it can prevent the condensing or dissolving of a process gas; it permits anhydrous processing with a liquid ring pump. Self contained system complete with off of the components for your basic operating needs. Standard components include: pump, TEFC motor, coupling or v-belt drive, drive guard, separator with oil mist eliminator, air cooled heat exchanger, recirculated seal line controls and high temperature alarm switch. Options include: inlet isolation valve, inlet check valve, vacuum relief valve, inlet filter, control panel and system skid plate. An oil sealed liquid ring system is more tolerant of carryover and wear, and it provides quiet operation. The oil is not required for lubrication which means it can operate at extremely long intervals between oil changes, easily going more than 10,000 hours with no down time. Aside from a periodic oil and filter change, the system can run for years with no scheduled maintenance. If your process requires very deep vacuum, Gardner Denver Nash has the solution. Using a two-stage liquid ring pump in an oil sealed system, vacuum levels lower than 10 Torr (29.6" HgV) can be attained.
