Our company BOSPORAS, mass produces AMD models with static body and in accordance with CE regulations. AMD series mini straightener servo feeders are manufactured to have 0.3 and 3 mm of coil thickness and, 100 and 200 mm of coil width. AMD Model has a total of 7 4140-material rollers that consists HRC 58 and 60 surface hardness with 5 of them being a 60-millimeter straightener roller and 2 of them being an 84-millimeter pinch roller. AMD models don’t need any external guidance because they minimize the distance between Press body and the die. Our AMD model feeders are designed to control the press system easily with its 7” ergonomic LCD color display. Besides allowing Servo Feeder Straightener to work synchronized with the Press system, control panel can also work on systems like greasing the dies via PLC external output features, multi press control and piston die.

Our presses are designed for high-precision applications indispensable in the aircraft/aerospace and medical engineering industries. The challenge here is to manage pressing speeds of 0.01 mm/s in controlled operation, which is ensured by our own electrical and hydraulic control engineering Siempelkamp also oers plants to be used for isothermal forging. They comprise the furnace, the feed manipulator, the forging press, the die heater, the hydraulic drive system and the entire automation technology. The plant control for isothermal forging presses monitors and documents the process parameters in compliance with the certication standards to be observed in the aircraft industry.

Our original control systems for technological processes are based on PLC controllers. In the installations designed and manufactured by us, we mainly use subassemblies from market-leading brands such as SIEMENS, Allen-Bradley or EATON. We can implement any controller offered by the manufacturers mentioned above to our systems. Our goal is to constantly develop, expand our knowledge and improve our workshop. In our projects, we strive to communicate the largest possible number of equipment used with one compatible communication protocol, thus avoiding additional electrical connections and gaining an easy possibility to diagnose problems caused in case of a potential failure. In our applications, we use SCADA and HMI systems. Each of them features a huge range of possibilities and allows to adapt particular requirements to specific solutions individually designed for a given client.

The StrongLine operating pillars are aluminum (3 mm thick) welded columns, standard powder coated anthracite (RAL 7016), have a sturdy base plate. The StrongLine pillar is availlable in heights from 1.2 and 1.5 meters for vehicles, 1.8 meters for pedestrians and 2.4 meters for trucks. These operating pillar can be equipped with 1 or more cutouts for mounting hardware modules and feature a door on the backside for accessibility of the components.
