The digital Kuhnke FIO I/O modules relay the binary control signals to the actuators and analyze the input signals of the automation device galvanically separated from the process level. The Kuhnke FIO DI16 / DO16 module has 16 outputs, each output can be loaded with up to 0.5A. In addition the module offers 16 inputs with an input delay of 1ms. The primary and secondary sides of the module are separated by optocouplers. This galvanic decoupling makes it possible to switch off the supply of the outputs via only one safety component. The iGRAIN Relay Output Unit is a control module designed for automatic control of aeration and head space ventilation fans. The unit is controlled from the iGRAIN Dashboard Manager or control board via RS485 MODBUS. Each unit has 8 relays with NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) relay contacts and the status of each relay is indicated with a diode. Each relay unit can be set to an individual address and be installed remotely where the aeration power relays are located. The unit is normally only used for aeration control if there is no PLC/SCADA system available. The RC74201 dry contact card (art. CNRL004) is designed to monitor and control the UPS using potentialfree relay contacts. Monitoring is carried out through the relay contacts built into the card, which switch when the corresponding events occur in the UPS. The dry contact card allows you to remotely monitor the status of the UPS by receiving discrete signals when the relay is activated. The relay contacts are not galvanically connected to the electrical circuits of the UPS. An external power supply must be used to obtain the required signals.
