Containers for emptying stations - Import export

The container emptying station consists of a frame to fix on the ground, a vibrating frame fixed on vibration damper, and one product reception hopper. Depending of the flow properties of the product, this hopper will be designed in conical shape to fix a spiral conveyor (in cas of good flowing product) or in cylindrical shape with an anti-bridging and metering device DZR DM or ZFP DM (for bad flowing products) The vibrating frame ensures the discharge of the product out of the container into the hopper. The anti bridging and metering device DZR beneath the hopper ensures the discharge of the product out of the hopper und doses the product at the same time to the place the product is needed. Depending of the conveying distance, one or more intermediate conveyors have to be set in place. This unit is standardly conceived for rigid containers with a capacity up to 2 m3 or 2 tons. The metering throughput reaches from few liters per hour up to 20 m3/h

The range of IBC container filling systems and IBC container emptying systems from IFA Technology is versatile and ranges from small individual stations to large shelves offering space for several IBC containers. We consider your individual requirements and build customised IBC container filling stations and IBC container emptying stations for you. Our systems enable, for instance, automatic emptying and switching over of containers or the recording of filling levels. For this we consider the requirements of the German Water Resources Act (WHG) and the ATEX directive of the European Union.

The MIXACO discharge stations are used for dust free emptying of the product into the further processing step (e.g. dosing system into an extruder). The container is fixed in place when moved into the discharge station. Two different executions are available: Type Guide fork Type Platform Differentiated by the way of feeding the container. Type Guide fork The movable container is pushed by means of its own wheels into the discharge station type guide fork and is locked in place. A pneumatic coupling is used to connect the discharge pipe to the container discharge valve. Type Platform The container is placed onto the emptying station with the aid of a lifting device (crane or forklift). OKTOMAT® ECO is an emptying station for the automatic emptying of Octabin and BigBags. A pallet jack is enough to move the container under the emptying station. The bulk bags can be completely and trouble-free emptied from above. The OKTOMAT® uses a vibrating suction head and the automatic bag tightening mechanism pulls the foil inlet or BigBag upwards. The material flows towards the middle and is continuously sucked. The ECO series is the basic model of the OKTOMAT® emptying stations and is ideally suited for the majority of applications dealing with free-flowing to poorly flowable materials. OKTOMAT® emptying stations are easy to use, low maintenance, robust and durable. Due to its pedestal form, the ECO is particularly space-saving in width, the height is individually adjustable.

The TransiTec discharge and metering device type DZR is a flat-bottom discharge device which is placed under cylindrical hoppers. The scraper arms provide for the flow of material and the continious feed of the dosing device(s) underneath. The discharge unit DZR can be installed under bag unloading stations as well as under container emptying stations, big bag emptying stations or buffer hopper. This discharge device for poor flowing and bridbuilding bulk materials consists of a cylindrical hopper with welded or boltet flat bottom. The cylindrical hopper ensures that the product flows evenly. An over the flat bottom rotating scraper, driven by geared motor, ensures a constant filling of the underlying dosing device or other aggregate (conveyor, screw, rotary valve, etc.).

Our big bag emptying stations are generally designed for big bags with a capacity up to 2 tons. Different alternatives and options are available to meet customer’s requirements. In case of a big bag emptying station for bad flowing products, we can provide a vibrating frame as well as a massaging system with pneumatically operated cylinders to enhance the discharge (or a combination of both systems in the worst case). The design of this station will allways depend of the characteristics of the product which has to be discharged. The big bag emptying station is provided with a lifting frame, adjustable in height, with automatic big bag tension device which allows a completely emptying of the bag. How it works: by loosing weight during emptying, the big bag will be tensioned automatically by a telescoping spring system. Optionally, we offer the possibility to shut even partially filled big bags.

MIXACO Charging station The MIXACO charging station is used for dust free filling of the mixing container with raw materials. In conjunction with a bottom weighing scale or dosing systems, a fully automatic, a semi-automatic or manual charging of the container can be carried out.
