The CDA K-Dense stands as an automatic filling machine meticulously crafted by our design team, offering a versatile 2-in-1 functionality. As a dosing table, the K-Dense not only automatically dispenses containers along a packaging line but also simultaneously fills them. This innovative filing system presents several advantages: Space Efficiency: The dosing process takes place directly on the infeed table, minimizing space requirements. Easy Cleaning: Cleaning operations are simplified as there's no need to access the conveyor; you can conveniently clean the accessible table. Fitted with either a piston pump or gear pump tailored to your product specifications, the K-Dense dosing table accommodates various glass jar formats with twist-off caps or wide-opening plastic jars (150g, 200g, 250g, 500g, etc.) suitable for thick, pasty, or semi-dense products like jam, honey, maple syrup, sauces, mustard, spreads, and more.

It can fill between 50-500 ml. It can fill between 100-1000 ml It can fill between 250-1500 ml It can fill between 1000-5000 ml It can be manufactured from 304-316-405 stainless material or optionally from galvanized products. It can fill dense and viscous products. It provides filling of chemical food products without deformation. The production numbers may change depending on the density of the products. 10 inch 7 inch or 4.3 inch hmi screens are used. Control is provided by PLC system. Working voltage is 220 volts 50 Hz. is Control voltage is 24 volts.

The Working Principle 1st Unit – Rotating Empty Container Feeder : The Unit automatically feeds the aerosol cans onto a conveyor, and the speed can be adjustable. 2nd Unit – Rotating Deodorant Filling – Crimping – Gassing Unit The Unit automatically fills the aerosol product into the cans, crimps their valves, and pumps gas into cans. Empty containers enter the rotating star system one by one to be filled automatically. After the filling process, the operator puts the valves manually on the already filled containers; then, the valves are crimped onto the containers. After the crimping process, the gassing starts. On the 1st gassing station, the container fills half of the container, and the remaining on the 2nd Unit. The reason for the two stations is to make the system faster. After the gassing process, the aerosol cans move on the conveyor until the end of the line to be picked up for boxing.
