The heavy-duty hose bridge / protection cover can be extended in width and (!) length as required. Due to the extremely robust construction of the hose bridge, it serves to protect supply lines / hoses up to 90 mm in diameter, can be loaded up to 40 t, and can be used for road construction sites, among other things.

Novelty Steel has adapted EN 1090-2 standards into its manufacturing processes supervised by experienced quality management team.

We are following EN 1090-1,2 standards up to EXC 3 in producing metal constructions by clients order and by our concluded drawings. We are ever-expanding range of services. Elastomeric bearings reinforced internally with one or more steel plates, chemically bonded during vulcanisation are called laminatid elastomeric bearings. Elastomeric bearings permit a smooth and uniform transfer of loads from beams to substructure and also allow beam rotations at the point of support due to deflection of beam under loading. They further allow lateral and longitudinal movement of beams caused by thermal forces. Elastomeric bearings have no moving parts and thermal expansion and contractions are supported by shear capacity of elastomers. There is no sliding motion between bearing and beam or between bearing and abutment.
