The ViscoTec Hygienic Dispenser is available in 3 different sizes, allowing for volumes of 0.35ml up to 5.1ml per revolution. The smallest of dosage volumes can be perfectly dosed with a deviation of only +/- 1%. In addition to FDA-compliant components, and an EHEDG-compliant hygienic design, is the possibility of automatic cleaning via additional connection outlets. The cleaning medium is applied via the outlet in order to carry out automatic rinsing. Alternatively, the new dispensers can be disassembled quickly and cleaned manually. As in all dosing systems from ViscoTec, the VHD uses the proven endless piston technology based on the use of eccentric screw technology. For the VHD, many characteristics have been optimized and specially enhanced for use in the food and cosmetics branch. Among other things, the interior of the dispenser has been analysed and redesigned: the goal being to avoid dead volume and thus prevent contamination through harmful micro-organisms.

The Flat ionizing air nozzle is used to clean and neutralize electrostatically charged surfaces. The use of compressed air allows awkward places to be neutralized and cleaned as well. Connected to a Simco power unit, the ionizing air nozzles produce an air flow which is rich in positive and negative ions. When this air flow is pointed to an electrostatically charged area, electrons are exchanged until the area is neutralized. This makes that the material is neutralized during the blow-off process and prevents the blown-off particles from being re-attracted. The current of the Flat Nozzle is limited, so that the emitter point is safe to touch. Ninja courses are based on a truss system. Obstacles integrated to truss system. Main objective is to finish the parkour at shortest time by overcoming the obstacles. If demanded, these parkours can be manufactured independently. For maintenance, foam pits need to be clean periodically and connection systems need to be checked every time.

KLN manufactures various cleaning machines acc. to ATEX (ATmosphère EXplosibles) for the use of combustible liquids. The cleaning machines can be used separately or in combination with other methods. The cleaning tanks must be operated at a well ventilated place. The combustible cleaning agent can be filled in directly into the tanks. The ultrasonic generators are set up separately. A safety thermostat (setting 15°C below the flash point) controls the adherence to a max. temperature and in case of excess temperature it switches the machine off. The cover included in the delivery avoids emissions from the tank during standstills. The machines can also be used in connection with aqueous cleaning methods.
