An empty aluminum mascara tube conic is manufactured by Rayuen Beauty. Our factory manufactured this aluminum mascara tube in conic shape. The product appearance is exclusive to mascara and similar products. An applicator is installed. An oxidized aluminum layer is added to the surface of the tube. More decorations are available.

Unique look conic shape mascara tube is manufactured in rosered color. The conic tube is made of aluminum and plastic. This stylish concept is suitable for clients who are looking for chic and exquisite products. However, customizations including color, shape and size can be adjusted as requested.

Comparing with the other common mascara tubes made in a tall circular shape, this is our special conic tube product line. This model owns gold color injection on the cap, and a smooth slope is made on the cap. The brush can be replaced with other materials as requested. Also, private customizations are available including advanced production techniques.

As a special service, we offer glass tubes and cylinders with calibrated inside diameters. Hereby, a special tool is used to bring the internal diameter precisely to the desired shape and dimension. Apart from the standard circular shape, the tubes can also be square or conical. Moreover, the outer tube diameter can be calibrated by means of cylindrical grinding. This grinding procedure results in a matt outer surface, which can be corrected by subsequent “technical polishing”.
