Bitumer Elaston 2K is a two-component, liquid and flexible fiber-reinforced asphalt-rubber membrane. The high dry matter content mass allows the creation of a durable protective coating that effectively protecting building structures from moisture contained in the soil. Elaston 2K is a product that forms a flexible corrosion barrier with strong adhesion to the surface to which it is applied. Bitumer Elaston 2K can be used: •to isolate water leaks in covered areas wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, etc, •in external insulation of ground walls, basements and underground warehouses, etc, •along with reinforcement such as fiber mesh, non-woven polyester, etc. in cracked surfaces, •in insulation applications where strength is required-resistance to high water pressure, •on all horizontal and vertical surfaces.

ISONEM MS 20 is a specially produced plaster to ensure the treatment of humid and salt damaged walls. The walls absorb the water involving various salts such as the carbonate, sulphate and nitrate existing in the soil during the weather conditions at the seasons through the capillary canals and gaps. Then, such waters absorbed from the soil vaporize and the rest is seen as the humid occurrence and accumulated salts on the walls, in the course of time, such salts accumulate on the wall and inside the plaster so when they re-contact with the humid, they damage walls. To solve such problem, ISONEM MS 20 Capillary Plaster is used it ensures the water to be vaporized quickly without leaving any humid mark. ISONEM MS 20 has the micro spaces enabling to store the salts as well as to prevent the expansion. Thanks to such spaces, it is prevented the salts to damage the plaster and the paint. ISONEM MS 20 has the hydrophobic structure.

Open-porous stone surfaces react sensitively to fats, oils and other dirt deposits, which easily penetrate these surfaces. The raw surfaces deeply absorb these pollutants, which lead to unattractive and clearly visible stains and soiling. Even with intensive cleaning such persistent stains cannot be removed. A long-lasting stain and dirt deflecting protection is, therefore, required for these surfaces. Magic Stone Coat was conceived in such a way that deposit of pollutants is reduced to a minimum and damages from environmental influences are prevented. Through the hydrophobic/oleophobic effect of the coating, dirt particles such as fat and oily materials, lime and materials from environmental influences can no longer be absorbed directly through the stone surface. Injection foams are liquid resins that can be injected into all gaps from capillary cracks to large cracks in concrete structures. It can be used in areas such as crack repair and building consolidation, especially in waterproofing, by converting from polyurethane liquid to solid by creating chemical reaction in seconds after injection process. Injection foams offer the possibility to apply in different forms for different purposes, from hard to very soft.

We designed a solution for the complete lifting process of the precast concrete sections of a grandstand. From production to construction. The solution consists of two different vacuum lifters. One for the production area to demould, lift and turn. And another which is used at the stadium construction area. Why lifting by vacuum instead of hooks? By origin, all handling during both production and construction was done by hooks. The hooks were installed during production and removed after construction. By vacuum lifting no hooks are required, saving manpower, time, and investment. Moreover, no damage comes to the concrete element and stays smooth and untouched.

Bentoshield MAX LM is manufactured by a needle-punching process, in which the fibres of the lower non-woven geotextile are pushed through the bentonite layer and secured in the retaining upper woven layer. This process links the geotextiles and contains and confines the bentonite. Following the needle-punching process, an LDPE sheet is laminated to the needle-punched geotextile through a hot-melt glue application line. Bentoshield MAX LM is satisfactory for use as a fully-bonded Type A waterproofing protection as defined in BS 8102 : 2009 for the waterproofing of new and existing structures. The product can be used externally on horizontal floor slabs and vertical walls to provide an effective barrier to the transmission of liquid water where Grades 1 to 3 waterproofing protection are required, as defined in Table 2 of BS 8102 : 2009.

EN: PRODUCT INFORMATION RAXA - G COLD APPLICATION BITUMEN BASED ADHESIVE / INSULATION LIQUID MEMBRANE DESCRIPTION OF THE MATERIAL RAXA-G is a material that is prepared with bitumen at 70/100 penetration and provides bonding and waterproofing with a cold application that is cut at slow speed. The bitumen ratio in it contains bitumen in the range of 80-90%. It is prepared by mixing with Xylene or Toluene. It is used frequently due to its ease of cold application. Thanks to its slow cutting, it provides comfort time in bonding processes. It contains an additive material, also called rubber, which provides flexibility and adhesion in the elastomeric structure. APPLICATIONS A-RAXA-G is used as a raw material in various product markets. Raxa-G 600 gr / m2 application provides more coverage with less product. It can be used on the floors of jet runways as paint primer material, as an insulation material against moisture or pressurized and non-pressure water.

APPLICATION - IZOTEX T-85 ADHESIVE is applied with a roller to the surface. - IZOTEX EXTRA 220 Waterproofing Membrane is bonded to the surface. - Joints should be bonded considering the direction of water flow and there should be 10 cm overlaps at joints. - The surface is covered with coating materials such as ceramic, marble etc.

Rotafix Aquachem is a solvent-free coating used a membrane for tanking, waterproofing, gas barrier and as a high-performance floor coating. Rotafix Aquachem is a 2-part liquid epoxy that can be applied as a floor finish. Combining aggregates with the top coat creates a skid resistant surface. Adding flakes to the top coat will give a decorative finish. It has been used extensively in food preparation areas and medical environments as it is easy to clean, resistant to chemical cleaners and resistant to the formation of mould. Rotafix Aquachem can be used as a liquid applied damp proof membrane. The liquid membrane can be applied to prevent moisture ingress both positively and negatively. So if it is applied to the outside of a wall, water will not penetrate, equally if is applied internally then moisture penetrating the substrate will equally not penetrate. The average bond strength of Aquachem is 4N/mm2 , it would require a head of water of 600m to force the Aquachem to break away.
