Poppe + Potthoff Maschinenbau GmbH supplies compressor units and pressure control systems of up to 400 bar for various gases. We offer ready-to-connect units to increase the existing pressure for pneumatic and hydraulic applications. In this way, the performance of existing systems can be increased flexibly and efficiently. Our compressor units are used wherever the existing system pressure is insufficient to implement specific applications. Of course, our systems are UL or CE compliant as required. In addition, we offer you service and support directly on-site.

Compressor units KY0.5-4/2.5; KY0.5-7 / 2.5, KY0.5-7 / 2.5 are designed to generate compressed air with a pressure of up to 0.25 MPa used when unloading bulk products from trucks and railway tanks

Because of the complexity of controlling both parameters, every project is designed according to dimensions, material of the case, target values as well as ambient extremes in temperature and humidity. Although we do not have standard, off shelf units we are offering: Maxi T – Large units to control temperature and humidity inside the medium size cases (5-10 cubic meters) where main generator is located inside the machine room or other technical area some distance from the display case. See below. Mini T – small, compressor based unit for installation under or behind the display case. This unit can work with venting type or cooling/heating panels system. Will work with our Mini One or sometimes PMCG units. Special, thermoelectric device for very small cases. Will work with our PMCG unit. Please note that controlling temperature and humidity requires some changes to display case design and its very hard if not impossible

The Siegling Blizzard press is supplied with a flight case on castors. Because it’s so compact and lightweight, it’s quick and easy to set up. It’s ready to use as soon as you’ve plugged it into the mains because there’s no need to connect it to external subsystems. The control unit, compressor and air cooling system are integrated in the press. This saves time and costs, prevents errors during operation and ensures hygiene on site.

The Drallim Dehydrator type 12269 is an energy saving integrated unit for supplying low pressure dry air to, for example, telephone cables, waveguides and aerial feeders. Design emphasis is on reliability and low maintenance given the critical role of this unit within an operator’s system. These products provide a continuous supply for dried air, at pressure, to maintain the operational integrity of cable systems and broadcast transmitter feeds. This very high-performance unit is home to two 3/4HP compressors. This unit can produce more than 185 cubic feet per hour, this is regulated and split between up to 80 outlets, each with its own flowmeter for a visual indication of each cables demand for air. The successor to the "Silent Air System" convinces with modern design and 30% better performance owing to an optimized intake control. SICOLAB mini has been developed espescially for the laboratory sector – avoiding any disturbance of accustomed processes and ones concentration. Another advantage is the easy operation by plug-and-play. All control elements are easily adjustable from the front. This allows easy positioning on the workplace. The SICOLAB mini is an oil-free compressor unit with integrated carrying handle and offers maximum flexibility with minimal maintenance. SICOLAB mini is available in voltage version 230 V and 50 Hz and 115 V with 60 Hz. Furthermore, this model will be obtainable for drying of endoscopes as a SICOLAB mini Endo version. Due to the very compact dimensions of only 396 x 347 x 320 mm this unit can be fitted even in narrow rooms.

Wide range capacity compressor packs with cooling capacity from 25 kW to 500 kW. Designed for commercial and industrial applications with small to large power demand. Reciprocating compressor packs are perfectly suitable for the cooling of large warehouse areas as well as other industrial buildings. The compressor pack can also be part of a larger refrigeration system. It is possible to choose the compressor pack for an existing condenser or purchase a compressor pack together with Refra condenser for convenience. Built on an assembled frame with covers, this compressor pack can be designed in a variety of ways, depending on intended use. An additional „reach-in” container is included for easier unit control options. Compressor pack also includes refrigerant filters, a receiver and a sight glass. Safety valve and pressure switches are added to increase the security of the unit.

Small to medium capacity condensing units, designed for commercial and industrial applications such as food and beverage manufacturers, convenience stores, petrol forecourts and cold rooms. Assembled with reciprocating compressors the units provide a cooling capacity from 12kW to 55kW. These condensing units are an optimal choice for conventional refrigeration systems – affordable, small in size and easy to install. The units can be built outdoors, but additional shelter against rain or snow should be provided. Assembled with copper aluminium fin condenser, Bitzer or Copeland compressors with crankcase heater, high efficiency AC/EC axial fans and a liquid receiver.
