GESIPA® blind rivets are also available in colour to match the application. To guarantee the best possible durability the hollow rivets are painted using a two-component epoxy resin paint in a stow enamelling process. In addition to the visual benefi ts, the painted blind rivet also has added protection against corrosion. Aluminium blind rivets are best suited for this procedure. In the long-term they achieve the desired visual effect when joining coloured parts. GESIPA® blind rivets are available in the standard RAL colours. On request, steel blind rivets are also available in RAL colours or even special colours. Another method for colouring blind rivets and for protecting them against corrosion is to anodize them. The Eloxal method is more complex but is the most durable process for coloured blind rivets.

ALPHATEC 240 is a two-component epoxy putty system consisting of modified epoxy resin paste and a chemical hardener. It has good water displacing properties allowing it to bond to wet surfaces, and cure underwater. It bonds well to steel and concrete surfaces, and cures rapidly. EPX Primer is a unique two-component water-based epoxy adhesive primer. It is used as a deeply penetrating and quick-drying primer on metal, wooden and mineral substrates. EPX Primer has a very strong permanent adhesion and is UV resistant. Due to its rapid drying properties, it is easy to start with subsequent layers. Unlike many epoxy products, the product is ADR-free and therefore not considered dangerous goods for storage and transport.

EPX Cast Flooring is a strong and unique two-component water-based epoxy casting floor. EPX Pour Flooring is used as a hardening flowing pouring layer on floors. After curing, EPX Cast Flooring is heavily mechanically loadable and resistant to various impacts. EPX Cast Flooring is often used in combination with a primer, intermediate coat and top coat to achieve the desired final properties. DELO-DUOPOX are two part epoxy resin adhesives for bonding, casting and sealing of joints. Providing excellent adhesion to many materials, these two part epoxies are ideal in stressed or extreme conditions, including automotive and engineering applications.
