Our enterprise, as a commission company engaged in operations of mechanical metalwork, also offers consulting and project engineering services, though not on a continuous basis, participating in the design and realization of our clients’ products. TS-3 Series vehicle scales have a complete steel platform. It is a scale model consisting of a complete steel platform that does not take up any space on the ground, especially at factory entrances, increases the maneuverability of vehicles in narrow spaces mounted under the ground, and can work for many years under difficult heavy-duty conditions. IPE type steel is used on the platform. Although the top coating sheet varies according to the scale capacity, it is at least 10mm thick. In TS-3 series scales, between 4 and 10 units, each with a capacity of 30 tons, C4 class stainless steel, CT-30t model load cells (load cell) is used in OIML R60 standards.

Tuna TS-2 Series vehicle scales have a complete steel platform. It is mounted on the floor, it can be easily climbed onto the scale with reinforced concrete ramps. It is the preferred model produced with "V" beam system. It is modular scale. The scale consists of 6 parts and it is very easy to install and then disassemble and install. The barrier system on the right and left is produced by calculating the maximum strength. In TS-2 series scales, between 4 and 10 units, each with a capacity of 30 tons, according to OIML R60 standards, C4 class stainless steel CT-30t model domestic production load cells are used.

The Rotavac One is our complete compact pilot filter station. Easy to install and operate it is ideal for small volume applications, process validation and pilot-scale trials. The unit has a small 2m x 1m footprint, comprising of 1.3m² skid mounted rotary vacuum drum filter (RDVF), filtrate receiver, filtrate pump, vacuum pump, blower (scraper discharge version only), local control panel. Two versions are available: Rotavac One S, scraper discharge and Rotavac One P, precoat discharge. These filters are ideal for larger test programmes under actual manufacturing conditions. The BCpreFerm is a whole gas analysis for scale-up processes. Made for the analysis of metabolic processes, the model is composed of up to 6 CO2- and O2-senors, a BACCom data multiplexer box, and the BlueVis-software for automatic data recording. Growth is controlled through a parallel analysis of CO2 and O2, a display of OTR, CTR and RQ, and through defined trial conditions. The system uses a modular design which enables connection to shake flasks, as well as to fermenters. It can also be attached to existing bioreactors. The use of additional gas coolers, lines, pumps and valves, and the complicated processing of gases is no longer necessary. The instrument can be used for cultivations in shake flasks and fermenters and further applications.

With seed tests the 1000 kernel weight is an important quality criterion, which must be determined with high accuracy. Counting and dosage of mechanical and electronic small articles as SMD’s are made increasingly also over the determination of the 1000 grain weight. By means of an additional software module, an electronic balance and a special frame, our precision counter C3 can be used for the direct determination of the 1000 kernel weight of a sample. Both the C3 as well as a balance are connected with the control computer. A freely selectable quantity is counted and falls on the scale pan. At the end of the counting operation the weight of the sample and the corresponding number of particles is transmitted automatically to the PC, where the 1000 kernel weight is calculated. With the conventional 1000 grain weight determination, the number of items and the weight must be entered manually into a calculating machine. In many cases, exactly 1000 kernels are counted and weighed; and then the 1000 grain weight can be determined without arithmetic exercise, but the danger exists that the result is falsified by separation effects during the operation of the vibrating conveyor (grain size selection). With the simultaneously determination of seed quantity and weight all potentially faulted manual inputs are eliminated. If necessary the result can be printed out or processed electronically. Further the danger of the grain size selection can completely be avoided. Technical data Scales are available with a resolution of 1 mg, 10 mg or 100 mg. The data of the elmor C3 seed counter and the scale are sent to the control computer via two RS232 ports or – on request – with two USB cables.
