The automatic bottles feeder designed and manufactured by NPACK is placed at the entrance of your packaging line. This complementary packaging solution allows the continuous and automatic feeding of the vials to be filled, capped and labelled. Our automatic rectifier is suitable for small bottles and is ideal to complete an automatic packaging line dedicated to filling e-liquid (electronic cigarettes liquid), agri-food (natural flavours, food colours, etc.) and cosmetics (essential oils, etc.) products. Features The function of the machine is to manually add materials to the storage bottle library for storage. The materials in the storage bottle library will be automatically quantified and set at a set speed to the turntable. The turntable supplies the bottles as required by high-speed rotation. Standardize the bottles, and divide the bottles at a certain speed to send the bottles supplied by the turntable into the unpacking part. The noise is less than <70dB.

CDA's Solo 1500/2500 comprises automatic labelers designed to apply a single label to a diverse range of cylindrical products, including bottles, jars, buckets, cans, and flasks. Primarily designed for medium and large-scale productions, the Solo labeler features a spacing system to ensure consistent spacing between labeled products. Utilizing a 3-point technique at the labeling station, it delivers fast, precise, and efficient application of pressure-sensitive labels. The Solo labeler can achieve speeds of up to 50 products per minute, dependent on the product and label formats. This automatic labelling machine from the Solo 1500/2500 range offers versatility, making it suitable for standalone use or integration into existing complete packaging lines. It can also be seamlessly incorporated after an automatic filler or a capper/screwer.

The DS2000 stands as a standalone cap unscrewing machine, featuring an intuitive touchscreen interface. While it excels in autonomous operation, it seamlessly integrates into various CDA machines, including fillers like K-Net Auto and K-Line S, or complete packaging lines. Engineered to unscrew a diverse array of caps, the DS2000 finds applicability across multiple industries, including food, cosmetics, chemicals, and e-liquids. Its distinctive capabilities include the adjustment of motor speed, position, torque, acceleration, and deceleration, coupled with clamp movement. With a production rate of up to 1,500 products per hour, it offers versatility to accommodate different product shapes. To further augment its functionality, optional solutions for vial feeding and discharge are available, such as an independent rotative table.

CDA’s Ninon Mix facilitates adhesive labelling on the sides and tops of square, cylindrical, ovalized, and conical products without requiring any material changes. This linear automatic labeller boasts the capability to apply up to 5 labels, with a labelling capacity reaching up to 60 products per minute depending on the packaging. The Ninon Mix stands out for its versatility and streamlined touch screen management, making it seamlessly integrable into a complete packaging line. This automatic labelling machine accommodates all formats and finds applications in various sectors, including: Food processing (sauce, honey, jam, oil, vinegar, mustard, etc.), Cosmetics (cream, perfume, body oil, soap, shampoo, etc.), Paint and varnish (buckets, cans, jars, etc.), Chemistry (dishwashing liquid, detergent, solvent, household products, etc.).

The K-Line S stands out as an enclosed linear filling machine, appreciated not only for its user-friendly nature and self-cleaning capabilities but also for its remarkable versatility. Tailored to the specific characteristics of your products, we employ the appropriate dosing system—be it volumetric, flowmetric, centrifugal dosing, among others. Remarkably, the K-Line S achieves a filling capacity of up to 3,000 liters per hour while maintaining a high level of accuracy at +/- 0.5%. Complementing this, the VS1000 capper, seamlessly integrated with a linear conveyor (or curved to suit your workshop layout), is also fully enclosed. This capping powerhouse accommodates an extensive range of caps, leveraging an electric screwdriver-operated capping system ideal for various cap types, including gun caps, spray caps, dropper caps, and more. To complete the packaging line, the Ninon Mix labelling machine takes center stage.

Clippard - Functional Simplicity The design of Clippard electronic valves is a deceptively simple arrangement with a minimum of operating parts, and remarkably straight forward low power operation. • The Clippard “spider” is the only moving part and its motion to operate the valve is a mere 0.007” travel. • Low voltage D.C. inputs, signals from simple manual switching up to computer directed systems, move the spider in extremely fast response time . . . 5 to 10 milliseconds. • The unit uses extremely low power (0.67 watts at the rated voltage) and is cool running. The valves are light in weight, compact in physical size and mount easily in space-saving packages. The complete line of EC, EV, ET and EW electronic valves are available with two mounting options. Standard base models have two 6-32 threaded, 7/32” deep mounting holes.
