FOR THE INTERMEDIATE STORAGE OF RENEWABLE ENERGIES – FROM 200 TO 2,000 M³ The LIPP® thermal storage tank is the tailored thermal storage solution for renewable energies with an effective volume ranging from 200 to 2,000 m3 which is suitable for individual customisation. Expedient thermal storage is a prerequisite for the effective utilisation of heat from biogas plants, biomass cogeneration plants, solar plants or other heat sources. The flexible capacity LIPP® buffer storage tank provides the ideal solution for this application. The tanks are fabricated on site using the tried and tested LIPP® Double Seam System and the stainless steel VERINOX®. Insulation can be tailored to the intended application in order to produce large volume, above ground storage tanks with an individually customised interior. The tanks are designed for non pressurised operation with an operating temperature of up to 95 °C and are suitable for use with heating water. No additional nitrogen system necessary.

CONTAINER AND SYSTEM SOLUTIONS FOR THE INTERMEDIATE STORAGE OF HEAT FROM WASTE HEAT OR RENEWABLE ENERGIES The intermediate storage of heat from biogas plants, biomass cogeneration plants or other heat sources is an important prerequisite for effective use. Lipp buffer tank systems are economic system solutions for the storage and supply of thermal energy and can be easily integrated into customised solutions for local heat supply. LIPP BUFFER STORAGE TANKS The individually tailored solution appropriate to heat storage requirements with useful volumes of 80 to 3,000 m³ is made of stainless steel with the Lipp dual seam system and operated in conjunction with insulation adjusted to the application at about 95 ° C. Since the Lipp system is unpressurised, the container solutions are extremely low maintenance and are very durable. The high volume, above ground Lipp storage tanks have been specially developed for this application and are popular with end users and energy suppliers alike.

The Steam Surface condenser is a critical component of both the traditional coal fired power plant and the new generation cogeneration and combined cycle power plants. Main duties of any Surface Condenser are to convert the exhaust steam from its gaseous to its liquid state at certain under atmospheric pressure, and also, to release non condensable presented in the steam cycle, together with vacuum unit. Jet Flow designs and economically sized condenser suitable for smaller turbine ratings under 100 MW. The circular configuration is compact for easy shipping and maintains the level of quality afforded all of our condenser designs. All of Jet Flow’s Surface Condensers are designed and built to the Heat Exchange Institute latest Standards. We also strive to meet all of our client’s project specific requirements.

Waste heat boilers produced from alloy, high alloy and stainless steel according to physical properties, content, flow and process conditions of gas are designed and produced to be Water Pipe Waste Heat Boilers and Flame Smoke Pipe Waste Heat Boilers. In the gas engines and in the gas turbine, the high-temperature waste gas resulting from the combustion is evaluated by producing waste heat boilers and steam, which increases the overall system efficiency. Waste heat boilers designed and produced for heat recycling are to be heated according to flow and process; Industrial facilities Power Plants In cogeneration plants It is used in organic rankine conversion systems (ORC). These heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), which are used to convert steam back into electricity from steam turbine back-burning gas, are also called HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) in the Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP).

Waste heat boilers are the equipment used in the production of process fluids such as steam, hot water or hot water by recovering this heat in processes where there is high temperature waste heat. For example, cogeneration plants, cement plants, glass factories or steel production process chimneys are potential sources for waste heat boiler application. Design and production with CE/ASME mark can be made according to EN12952 & EN12953 & ASME standards with smoke tube, water tube or combined. Depending on the operating time of the system, the payback period for installing such boilers may be limited to several years, so they are quite attractive systems to invest in. Our team has deep experience in the design, manufacture and turnkey installation of such systems.
