Econutrena Organic Coconut Flour is great for all coconut lovers. Coconut flour imparts a light coconut aroma and flavor to any baked goods, thick and thin pancakes. Coconut flour makes wonderful crumbly cookies. Econutrena coconut flour is made from organic coconut pulp, dried and finely ground. Gluten free, especially rich in dietary fiber, contains a minimum of carbohydrates. Coconut flour can replace all or part of traditional flour for you. We recommend mixing coconut and, for example, almond flour to replace wheat. A large amount of fiber, on the one hand, is good for health, on the other hand, it means high hygroscopicity, so that flour absorbs moisture very well. This must be taken into account when calculating the proportions and add it less than traditional flour (about one and a half times compared to ordinary wheat).
