KAUP Block & Brick Clamps are used worldwide for the non-palletised transportation of all kinds of industrially manufactured blocks and bricks. They grip packets of bricks from the side and are therefore suitable for handling of packets of upright format blocks with plane surfaces such hollow, lime sand and concrete blocks as well as curb stones. However the ideal Block and Brick Clamp can be configured to nearly every individual purpose. How? With the extensive KAUP Block and Brick Clamp program and the possibility to adapt KAUP attachments to suit nearly every individual working application.

Swing clamps are used where low clamping forces suffice or where the clamping point must be free when mounting and removing the workpiece. The block form of the housing offers universal fastening possibilities. The magnetic piston is primed for electrical end position feedback. Including screw and lock washer for fastening the clamping arms (accessories). The swing action of the clamp should not be blocked. F1 = at 6 bar (max. operating pressure).

Housing hardened and black oxidised. Contact faces ground. Note: This positioning and clamping system is especially suitable for installation in fixtures (plates, clamping tower blocks, etc.) in all mounting positions. The modular design allows the number of and distance between the locating cylinders to be ideally adjusted to suit the clamping task. Due to the small diameters, the spacing between the locating cylinders can also be reduced. The 3 clamping balls are mechanically released through control of the locating cylinder with the "opening" connection. The 3 clamping balls move inward and the fixture can be changed quickly. For clamping, the air is taken from the "opening" connection and the "clamping" connection then receives air on the locating cylinder. The 3 clamping balls are mechanically driven outward again and the new fixture is clamped. To achieve optimal retaining force, the locating cylinder remains connected to the air.

FXL magnetic clamping blocks are available in many sizes and designs. They can be manufactured with one or more clamping surfaces and different pole sizes. As with the FXL magnetic clamping plates, they are controlled by an FXL-C control unit; optionally with only one channel or also with several channels in order to be able to control the individual clamping surfaces of a block separately.

The MCF control units are designed to operate electro-permanent magnet modules. It is available both as a single board for installation in the customer's existing control cabinets and as an IP 54 control cabinet solution. In addition to the FXE lifting magnet modules, other electro-permanent magnet components such as magnet clamping plates or magnet clamping blocks can also be controlled with the MCF, both as a single system (ALNICO) and as a double system (ALNICO/ND). The MCF can be controlled via a machine control, radio remote control, manual pushbutton or other potential-free contacts.
