The valorisation of by-products from wine production is one of the focuses of the project behind the distillery, fostering the circular economy in the agricultural sector. At the same time, the implementation of alcoholic beverage projects for third parties allows for the expansion of production to all types of distilled beverages, contributing to the diversification of the local productive economy.
