We have been supplying Felted yarn of wool for Hand Tufted, Hand Made and Hand Craft carpet in recent years. It’s a new and popular item in carpet design. Felted wool yarn are used to present the carpet in a unique way or to provide stable yarns which need to be bulky.

100% New Zealand wool yarns, which is produced for high quality tufted plain carpets of Hand Tufting, Robot Tufting or use on wide tufting machines like Wilton and pass tuft machine. Our premium NZ wool carpet yarn only use the perfect wool fiber length of 3 to 5 inches, which improves the shedding problem than other wool fiber a lot. A best material wool yarn also means not easy to break, saving the production cost.

Acrylic fiber is a synthetic one made from acrylonitrile, a clear plastic. This fiber, also called "art wool," is considered to use as a wool substitute. Among all synthetic yarns, acrylic is the closest to wool in appearance and feeling, however, it's lower cost than wool and has its own attractive characteristics.
