The NPACK drum liquid weighing filling machine is a piece of packaging equipment used to weigh and fill liquids into 100L to 300L drums. A weighing platform (weighing system), a filling nozzle or several filling nozzles, a control panel, and a roller conveyor system comprise the majority of the equipment. The weighing platform measures the weight of the drum before and after filling to ensure that the correct amount of liquid is filled. The filling nozzle is used to transport liquid by gravity or pump from a storage tank or container to the drum. The operator can set and monitor the required weight of the filled drum, as well as regulate the filling process, using the control panel. The conveyor system is used to move the drums to and from the filling station. The rinse spary head are specially designed for different types of containers, ensure 100% rinsing the inside of the bottles. Rinsing head will insert into the container for cleaning. The containers are picked up by the in feed star wheel and transferred to the container table. The container rotation begins when they are positioned between container plates and centering bells. The speed of the feed roller is adjusted to the required label length for continuous web tension. A standard threading unit ensures optimal film feed. In the cutting unit, the labels are precisely cut while a PLC command and servo-motor provide an exact cut-off point. Two narrow strips of hot melt glue the labels together, which are applied by a heated glue roller to the leading and trailing label edges. The label with the glue strip on its leading edge is transferred to the container. This glue strip ensures an exact label positioning and a positive bond. As the container is rotated during label transfer, labels are applied tightly. Gluing of the trailing edge ensures proper bonding. The NP-OF Automatic Multy Head Overflow Liquid Filling Machine works by feeding the liquid through a specific pump or a top storage tank. Simultaneously, once the feeding is completed, a portion of the material returns to the liquid overflow tank via the overflow port to guarantee the filled bottle in same level. The depth of the overflow port in the container neck determines the container’s filling level, which is easily adjustable. The number of filling heads can be increased to meet production needs. Simply put it is an unthreaded aluminum shell that is placed on and pressed down onto the bottle neck while thread forming wheels spin around the shell and press against it to conform to the existing threads of the bottle and locking ring. In many respects a ROPP capper resembles a chuck capper although since it is not torquing a cap there is no clutch mechanism required.
