The expressive and frank fragrance demonstrates a powerful combination of garden and tropical fruits. Ripe pineapple, yellow apples, Williams pear, honey plants - all this is intertwined into a single symphony of taste. The body of the wine is medium with noticeable acidity. The aftertaste is long and fruity. This style of Chardonnay will perfectly complement a salad of vegetables and poultry or grilled white fish.

The outstanding fragrance is filled with tones of ripe garden fruits, replacing bright tropical fruits that are palpable from the first nose. The average body conceals a well-balanced acidity and a rich fruity aftertaste. Complex and aromatic, gold color and medium acidity. Accents ofgreen apple and velvety sensation in mouth. Parinng perfectly with white fish (grilled and smoked), seafood, white meat, vegetarian food, pasta, roast chicken, oultry meals with cream sauce and little seasoning and spicy meals.

The aroma reminds of hazelnuts. Relevant acidity, you can easily find fruity notes of pineapple, mango and melon with spicy and vanilla aromas.

The "Falchini Brut" is a Classic Method Millesimato Spumante produced with a careful selection of the best Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chardonnay grapes from its own vineyards in Casale, together with a small part of other white grapes. In the cellars of Casale di Falchini, once the first fermentation has been completed in steel vats at a controlled temperature, and after a short period of time spent in French oak barrels, the wine is assembled and then bottled for the second natural fermentation in the bottle, typical of the Classic Method, which takes place over a period of many months (minimum 24 months) to complete the refinement of the real Spumante, which the French call "Champagne".

Ab Vinea Doni, from the Latin "Doni dal vigna", comes from a handpicked selection collected in the vineyards of San Gimignano the wine is made with Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and a small percentage of Chardonnay grapes. Fermentation and aging take place in small 225l French oak barrels for approximately 4 or 5 months; once bottled, Ab Vinea Doni completes its refinement for another 4 months before leaving the Casale Falchini cellar. The character of the wine is emphasized by the long contact with oak wood, enhancing its fragrance and softness; it is an elegant and longlived wine. The Ab Vinea Doni wine from Casale Falchini keeps well in the bottle, so it can also be served 5 years after the harvest. The wine, obtained from Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and from small doses of Chardonnay, has a deep and bright yellow straw color; the aroma is fine, with notes of vanilla, tropical fruit and sweet spices; the taste is dry and soft, with hints of acacia and almond honey.

ALMA AZUL STILL (sin burbujas) está hecho con uvas 100% Chardonnay, contiene un 11% de alcohol y se presenta en botellas de 75cl. Combina perfectamente con la mayoría de recetas de la Dieta Mediterránea como tapas, quesos, pescados, marisco, carnes blancas, pasta, paella… Variedad de uva: 100% Chardonnay Nota de cata: Elegante color azul con dulces aromas a piña, frambuesa y fruta de la pasión. Con personalidad propia, fresco y dulce al mismo tiempo, y muy fácil de beber. Producción: Joven del año, macerado con extractos de piel de uva, cereza, frambuesa y fruta de la pasión. Clima: Clima continental extremo con largos y fríos inviernos, cálidos veranos con gran contraste de temperaturas entre el día y la noche, y estaciones intermedias muy cortas.

ALMA AZUL SPARKLING (espumoso) se elabora con una selección de las mejores uvas Chardonnay y Garnacha y muchas burbujas, contiene un 9,5% de volumen de alcohol y se presenta en elegantes botellas de 75 cl. Confiamos en que nuestras burbujas azules convencerán a los amantes del vino más exclusivos, y creemos que es una excelente opción para sus aperitivos, cócteles y celebraciones. Servir preferiblemente entre 6ºC – 8ºC. Variedad de uvas: Chardonnay y Garnacha Nota de cata: Atractivo color azul, limpio y brillante. Intensos aromas de fruta mediterránea. Sensación de fruta, burbujas abundantes y finas, frescas y espumosas. Producción: Maceración durante 4 horas para capturar completamente los aromas. Luz presionada. Fermentación a 12ºC en depósitos de acero inoxidable. Más tarde, todos los mostos que lo componen se prueban y se ensamblan para su homogeneización. La segunda fermentación tiene lugar en un tanque isobárico para capturar las burbujas y finalmente se embotella.
