The piezo inkjet printer (PIJ) is an inkjet printer with a contactless printing process. This industrial marking and coding system is ideal for printing high-resolution text, graphics, barcodes and more on a variety of products and packaging materials. Compared to other brands, our piezo inkjet printer uses up to 35% less ink. The printheads are mainly used in industrial areas for marking secondary packaging (e.g. cartons, corrugated cardboard boxes and tray packs). However, our piezo inkjet printers also achieve excellent legibility on porous materials. By combining several print heads, it is possible to apply large-area markings and graphics. This ensures that your product information, logos and graphics are always presented in high quality and clear legibility. By replacing labeling systems or pre-printed cartons with a PIJ printer, you can reduce your production costs. The machine can handle pallets measuring 1000 x 1200, with a maximum height of 2000, with flat separators between layers of plastic or rigid cardboard containers or trays. It's a stationary platform depalletizer; with this system, it's possible to load the pallet into the machine already without the cardboard hood, using a pallet truck or forklift on the dedicated centering frame ensuring correct positioning. The machine features a robust and compact structure with linear guides to ensure movement precision. It utilizes inflatable rubber gripping heads for 3 rows of bottles, suitable for bottling lines with production rates up to 3,000 b/h. Alternatively, there's a version with gripping heads for picking up an entire layer of bottles. Magnetic gripping heads are also available for depalletizing metal cans. Format changeovers are simple and very fast by adjusting the position of the rubber according to the format. The machine is equipped with an electrical panel and control panel.

Disposable cardboard tray that can be used to bake foodstuffs, such as cakes and other pastries, in the oven. They can also be used to reheat food without loss of quality. They are self assembling, and they can be produced in a range of shapes and sizes to fit any particular needs. They can also be manufactured with grease-proof papers. These trays can withstand up to 245 degrees (ºC) and 45 minutes in the oven. Other temperatures and longer times would require an industrial testing in each specific installation.
