With our CNC-wire-laying technology is it very easy to integrate functions like heaters for Anti-Icing/De-Icing or surface sensors for detections of structural problems in carbon or glass fiber parts. We can manufacture dimensions up to 2500x8000mm.

Composite’s Bolts, nuts, bushings, studs from carbon (carbon fiber). Carbon or more precisely CFRP (Carbon fiber reinforced polymer) has very light weight and in the same time they are strong like a steel bolt. Unlike steel, these bolts have high strength and rigidity. Carbon Fiber Bolts perfectly fits of light weight construction and for reaching reduced weight of this construction. They are also having resistance against heat, chemical and corrosion, low weight and high strength at the same time Carbon bolts are very good alternative to Steel Bolts.

With our CNC-fiber laying technlogy we can manufacture carbon preforms up to 2500x2000mm. That way producing composite parts in large dimensions will not be a problem. The usage of different fibers (carbon, glass and aramid) is possible too. Please contact us.
