A single machine with a combined punching, embossing and joining system The FRIMO CombiCut machine is a specially developed single unit for punching, embossing and joining bumpers and other grained, painted or unpainted exterior plastic components. The CombiCut is very well suited for large-scale production, especially with many variations. This means optional punchings and mounting elements such as parking assistants, headlight wipers, fog lamps, side-markers and trailer hitches can be added just prior to final assembly, reducing inventories and simplifying storage.

POLIFILM is one of the leading German suppliers of surface protection films for the automotive industry. The main application is the protection of the cars during transportation prior to the delivery to the final customer. The protection films avoid scratches as well as chemical defects as a result of e.g. bird drop.
