Frame polyamide PA66 GF25 V-0. Elastomer plate EPDM, ozone resistant acc. to DIN 53509, Stage 0 (best stage). Seal TPE TPV. Version: Black. Note: The cable gland plates are suitable for leading through cables without plugs (non-assembled lines). Cables, wires, hoses, pneumatic and hydraulic lines can be routed through. The lines can be inserted without piercing. The elastomer plate adapts to the cables and provides optimum sealing and strain relief. Unused ducts remain securely closed and sealed. Sealing and tension relief are provided by inset fins and a sealing washer. Rating IP68 (5 bar for 30 min). Cable glands are used for connecting fixed calbes and lines in housings, distributors and switch boxes. Temperature range: Static: -40 °C to +100 °C. Dynamic: -20 °C to +100 °C.

The Cable Entry Plate KADP is used to insert and seal cables in enclosures, machines and control cabinets. It provides a high flexibility for varios applications. KADP is perfect in tight spaces, as several cables can be inserted into the plate. Due to the ideal placement of the close-fitting insertion points, a high packing density with a protection grade of IP66 is achieved. The installation of the KADP into the enclosure is time-saving, by simply snapping the plate in with a single click. The cables are simply plugged in and the job is done. The "pushout" membrane re-seales almost by itself after removing the cable.

The PFLITSCH CABseal is used to feed pre-assembled and non-assembled cables, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic lines, simply and reliably into control cabinets, primarily, but also into enclosures and machines. To this end, their sizes and dimensions of the frames are compatible with the common standard cut-outs and hole patterns in control cabinets so that just a single CABseal frame is required per cut-out. The CABseal cable entry system consists of four different sized frames and a number of cable grommets that can be equipped in various constellations. The grommets are slotted at the sides to make it easier to insert cables. While the frame is made of hard and robust polyamide, we use a flexible elastomer for the cable grommets and their special sealing lips. To ensure the cables are properly sealed, the grommets are positioned in the frame and compressed when the upper part of the frame is screwed down.
