Around installation technology, cable clamps for the fastening of HF cables to telecommunication masts are our speciality. These cable clamps consist of a C frame including retaining feet (for installation on to a C-profile or flat bar) and a fastening screw with grouted thrust washer. In addition, the corresponding number of cable trays (inlays) are supplied. C frame The C frames are stamped bent parts which – depending on their size – have lateral pieces to provide rigidity and stability. The fixing screws have a uniform hexagon head. Due to the construction and material selection, after tightening, a secure hold is ensured even without a lock nut. A torque of 1.5 Nm is recommended here. Installation to flat bars is possible up to a material thickness of 9.3 mm. Inlay The cable troughs are chamfered for side installation or simple setting into the C frame. The wide overlap protects against falling through before tightening the fastening screw.

thicknessGAUGE sensor systems are used to measure the thickness of strip materials in-line. Several models with different sensor types, measuring ranges and measuring widths enable inline thickness measurements of different materials and surfaces. The systems uses two confocal distance sensors which detect the strip thickness with high precision. The sensors are precisely aligned to each other and factory-calibrated. By means of a linear axis, the thicknessGAUGE sensor systems can be moved to measure the thickness across the entire strip width. Their extremely compact design enables integration into confined spaces.

The FTS 8102.EC C-frame is based on the combisensor principle equipped with non-contact capacitive sensors. The distance between sensor and film is measured with the capacitive sensor. The eddy-current sensors ensures the thickness signal by a reference measurement to a second target. The system is designed as a C-frame and can be used as a traversing unit by using the linear axis.

Micro-Epsilon offers a wide range of thickness measuring systems for different requirements and fields of application in coating lines. The thicknessCONTROL C-frames are designed for very harsh environments such as in dry coating. Their robust frame and the integrated temperature compensation feature ensure high measurement accuracy even in high ambient temperatures. In addition, the systems are available in different application-specific designs for various film widths with up to 8 measurement tracks.

The RTP 8302.T is based on the laser triangulation sensors and therefore ensures the measurement being independently from material constants. In order to ensure highest precision, the laser beams of the sensors are accurately adjusted during the production process using optoelectronic tools which have been specially developed. The system is ideal for monitoring high-dynamically processes due to its high measuring rate. The C-frame mechanics of the system disposes of an automated in-situ calibration in order to avoid interferences caused by temperature.
