The Gronemeyer mat table cools, ferments or freezes general cargo and bulk goods. The products are transported on a plastic mat conveyor chain. The design of the machine permits treating unpackaged food. The products' discharge temperature can be changed by adjusting the throughput time and/or the temperature in the module. The mat table is a cost-effective and space-saving solution for short throughput times. The U-panel Bag body consists of 3 pieces, 1 long piece joined with 2 single pieces. It is designed to offer better storage and transportation of many different bulk goods. These Bags are primarily used to store construction materials like gravel, sand, stone etc. Other applications of the Standard Bags include storage of Chemicals, Food and Pharmaceuticals.

It is possible to take multiple samples from bulk goods with this sampler quickly and easily. Emptying has been greatly simplified and in this model takes place via the tip. The advantage: The sample can be emptied directly into the sample container without having to disassemble the EasySampler, in order to obtain a mixed sample for instance. The bulk material must be free-flowing or self-flowing.

The scratcher is a special sampler for powders and granules that do not flow freely. The sample is transferred to the closable inner tube using a scraper. Sliding PTFE separators are used to divide the inner tube into different zones. The separators also prevent the sample from being mixed.

The SiloPicker is ideal for taking bulk goods samples from silos. Using the extension rods, samples can be taken from depths down to 3.5 m. The insertion depth depends on the density of the bulk goods.

The core sampler QuickPicker is particularly suitable in the event that bulk goods are taken directly from sacks or bags and have to be filled into the original sampling bottle directly. QuickPicker is uncomplicated in its use and cleaning. No undercuts or edges mean no sample residues which could falsify subsequent samples. It is therefore ideal for quality control. The sampler QuickPicker is delivered complete with two 250 ml PE sample bottles and with a cleaning brush.

Sample spatula made of stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4404). The highly stable and solid design of the spatula allow it to pierce solid substances or sacks and BigBags. The spatula is made of premium stainless steel, high-gloss polished and completely welded, thus completely free of undercuts. It is therefore ideally suited for taking samples of powders, granulates and pasty media, especially in food and pharmaceutical applications.

If bulk goods are transported over long distances (in trucks, railway goods wagons), separation may occur. Taking the sample just from the surface therefore leads to the wrong result. Representative samples from all layers of the silo can be taken with the SiloDrill. The SiloDrill fits through all standard openings with its diameter of 90 mm.

Currently there are three net weighers in our product portfolio. The differences are in the product feeding. Our weighers are equipped with gravity, belt or screw feeders depending on which product has to be weighed. The choice of product feeding depends primarily on how well the product is free flowing. Moderately flowing as well as powdery and fine products are rather weighed with belt or screw feeding, while free-flowing bulk goods are usually weighed with gravity feeding. The high quality standard of STATEC BINDER is also achieved here through the use of stainless steel and a sturdy and compact design. Metal detection coil INTUITY reliably detects enclosed contaminants in your product or bulk goods. INTUITY can be flexibly used in dry or wet areas and achieves best results with its multi-simultaneous frequency technology: It simultaneously checks with at least two frequencies if your packaged or unpackaged product contains steel, stainless steel, iron or non-ferrous metal. The metal detection coil helps you to enhance the quality of your products and to minimize the risk of possible recalls. When sampling bulk goods with a high specific weight, conventional scoops subject the user‘s wrist to great stress. EasyScoop with its centrally arranged inner grip is ergonomically designed and ensures easy and safe work. As EasyScoop is considerably shorter than conventional scoops, it is easier to take samples from narrow containers.

Pactainer ED® offers a safe protection against electrostatic hazards. They can be used for bulk goods which contain or are located in areas where electrostatic hazards are at present. To make a sampling procedure reproducible, it should always be carried out under the same conditions. For this purpose, the depth stop for samplers is a helpful accessory. The depth stop can be clamped to any height of the sampler by means of a C-clamping screw. This ensures that the sampler penetrates to the same desired depth each time it is pierced. The penetration depth is thus fixed and can be precisely recorded, e.g. in a test report or sampling instructions. In addition, the depth stop can prevent accidental puncturing during sampling. The depth stop for samplers is useful in all areas where the sampling parameters must be precisely determined and defined, e.g. in the outgoing and incoming goods inspection of bulk materials that can segregate.
