As a company with long-term experience in metal painting, we suggest wet painting and powder coating. The choice of paints is made according to the clients’ preferences. The paints and the finish are chosen by the client. The client can choose between glossy, semi matte or matte color.

As an additional service, light reflecting panels can be mounted on the barriers, as long as they are provided by the client.

We have special, automatic and manual machines for mechanical processing, which meet the requirements of ISO 13715 for withering of all cutting edges. For small products we use trowalizing machines. The types of mechanical processing of metals allow different subsequent effects: polishing – mirror effect, satin finish (creasing) – brushed effect, matting – matte effect. In addition to the decorative purposes, we mechanically process many of the parts we produce after welding, in preparation for the application of subsequent coatings.

Press mounting of fasteners We can save a lot of time and unnecessary operations by installing fasteners in boxes and electronic products. Unlike standard studs, rivets and rivet nuts, during press mounting the material is pressed along the fastener. The reason for this is that the fasteners are high-strength and do not change their geometry during installation. Some of their excellent applications include the mounting of electronic boards and other electronic components, as well as assembling metal products. In many cases they are also used as clean spacers. The punching is a preferred technology in cutting-out of galvanized metal sheets. In FoxLaser we have 4 pc. punching machines that enable us to process without repositioning sheet material with dimensions 3000/1500/3mm. The main advantage compared to laser technology is the possibility of cutting and forming of the sheet material. The combination usage of punching and laser cutting allows us to make numerous identical holes (grid) or just forming in a laser cut parts. The biggest advantage in FoxLaser punching are a tripple tooling we have that allows us to produce same time same part in all machines. For achieving maximum performance we work with wide range of functionalities by the well proved softwares SigmaNEST and Metalix CNCKad, in combination with the customized software of the company AMADA.
