This chocolate is extraordinary because it is made with a lot of love from the sweetest and tastiest Bulgarian apricot kernels collected from ecologically clean regions of Bulgaria. First, the apricot kernels are dried slowly in natural sunlight to dry perfectly and the kernel becomes dry and full of sun energy and oil to give the best apricot pulp that we will put in our chocolate. This is an extremely slow and labour-intensive process dependent on weather conditions. The pits are then crushed and cleaned by hand after crushing so that only the best nuts remain. Once we have extracted the sweetest and most useful apricot pulp, we mix it with the other magical ingredients and get this unique chocolate that you hold in your hands and that will bring you an amazing taste experience.
