Disposable systems are used for transfusion of blood, infusion solutions and blood substitutes. Range includes systems with metal or plastic needle with integrated air line and filter. Purpose: for administering infusion solutions and blood substitutes with a flow regulator. The infusion system with an extremely precise drum-type flow regulator allows precise regulation of the flow rate and infusion of solutions into the patient's circulatory system with an adjustable (defined) infusion rate. Technical specifications: 1. The length of the pipe must not be less than 1500 mm; the diameter must not be less than 3.5 mm; 2. it is made of polyvinyl chloride; 3. The air duct, consisting of a metal needle and an air filter, is made of metal and polypropylene; 4. Filter to prevent the penetration of unwanted particles; 5. Drip chamber with filter provides visually controlled filling; 6. Connection type: Luer Slip or Luer Lock; 7. A metal atraumatic injection needle with a triangular blade, coated with silicone for ease of insertion, with a size of at least 0.8*38 mm (available with and witout a needle . The machine is designed for cleaning, degreasing, chemical treatment of the outer layer and blowing of small components. The parts are arranged in trays with dimensions 600x400x70-150 mm. Two washing zones – pre-washing zone and zone for main washing. After each washing zone there is zone for blowing. The pre-washing zone has an external band filter, which is with the possibility of processing a high volume of washing solution and captures particles of a size greater than 350 μm. The band filter cleaning the washing solution of oil and hard dirt. The mainly washing zone has a column bag filter, which captures particles of a size greater than 50 μm. Both filters have monitoring systems for the degree of soiling and in case of clogging the machine stops. Automatic dosing of the cleaning agent. Machine corpus made entirely out of stainless steel, material No. 1.4301. The machine complies with the high CE-Requirements and EU- and USDA regulations.

The machine is designed for cleaning and degreasing of cylindrical and heavy parts with total length up to 4500 mm and diameter up to 150 mm. Each part is placed on a trolley and loaded inside the chamber of the machine. The cleaning process is carried out by seven nozzle collectors – six rotating and one moving up/down. The machine provides a combination of fully automated and manual cleaning. The dosing of the detergent is manual. The washer is equipped with a filter that catches particles with dimensions larger than 250 μm. There is mounted a fan for exhausting of the vapour and lighting inside the washing chamber. The machine body is made entirely out of stainless steel, material EN 1.4301 / AISI 304. The equipment complies with the high CE- Requirements and EU – and USDA regulations.
