Metal In put into operation a machine for laser cutting of pipes with automatic loading and unloading. The size of the treated pipes is: Round pipes: 120 mm Rectangular tubes: 100x100mm The maximum length of the workplace is 6500mm. The machine is equipped with excellent software that allows different shapes in tubes for subsequent assembly and welding. Also, pipes can be cut so that one wall remains uncut, allowing it to bend easily and accurately and find a frame.

Metal In Ltd have two punching machines – TRUMPH and Raskin and two CNC bending machines TRUMPH. This allow us to produce punching details with maximum sizes 1250x2500 mm and maximum thickness 4 mm. Machines are with maximum length 3000 mm and power 120 tones. We also have eccentric presss machines with maximum power of kick 160 tones and hydraulic presses with maximum power 100 tones. We have our own production of punching and bending instruments. The company have three roller bending machines for sheet iron, profiles and tubes. Except upper mentioned operations we also make MIG-MAG and WIG welding, cleaning and powder coating.

The new CNC milling machines with vertical center with 3 and 5 axis machines give us a possibility to produce complex details with excellent quality. We work usual steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, brass. The maximum dimension of detail is 1200x600x600 mm, by 5 axis work ф320 mm. The maximum weight of the product is 1000 kg. The company possess universal milling machines, which are used for production of details with small series, repair of instruments, producing of single pieces

With modern turning CNC machine we can offer quality production of big variety of details. All the sockets on the turret have milling functions: оne machine has two spindles and the other has a fourth Y axis. Тhe maximum diameter at work with bar-appearing deviceis ф60 mm. The maximum diameter of the work detail is 380 mm. The maximum length of the work detail – 700 mm.We also have CNC turning machines equipped with devices for the filing of rods with length 3000 mm hydro bar and maximum diameter ф42 mm. We also have a universal turning machines for producing of details with bigger capacity and smaller series.

The company has 2 fiber lasers, with which it performs cutting both for its own needs and for customers. Our goal is to provide good service, which means fast response, excellent quality, competitive prices. Laser cutting machines are equipped with two removable replaceable tables measuring 1500 x 3000 mm and it is adapted for continuous three-shift mode. The maximum cutting thicknesses for the different materials are: Mild steel - 20 mm Stainless steel - 12 mm Aluminum - 12 mm Copper - 5 mm Bronze - 5 mm

The company have Milling machine with vertical center with 3 and 5 axis with CNC controls. Maximum size of details which we can work is 1200x600x600 mm and maximum weight – 1200 kg. We produce details from all types of steels, crude iron and non-ferrous metals. We possess with instrumental equipment for producing and repairing of devices and instruments, needed for different production of the company. Bending machines, which we have allows us precise working of tube with maximal outer diameter ф50 mm and thickness of the wall 3 mm. As well we can bend tubes and profiles with big radiuses and big length – 6 m. With our available equipment we produce welded constructions with length till 6 m and weight till 3 tones. This give us a possibility to produce complex products of bended tubes and profiles with excellent quality. The company produce: Constructions, in which is mounted production equipment. We offer MIG-MAG and WIG welding with maximum power of electricity 400 A. Our welding machines are KEMPPI and MILLER. We make welding of steel details, tube constructions with length till 6 meters and weight till 3 tones. We also offer spot welding and robotic welding (Fanuc) at details with length till 3 meters and width till 1.5 meters, by one or by two sides. We weld ferrous metals, stainless steel and aluminum. After welding we make cleaning of welding and painting (powder and wet).
