Our modern turning machines with CNC controls of company “Mazak” can work details from all types of steels, crude iron and non-ferrous metals. The maximum diameter of working detail is 380 mm, at maximum length 1000 mm. The machines are equipped with devices for the filing of rods. Our products are intended for the automotive industry, machine building industry, construction and other industries. Metal In put into operation a machine for laser cutting of pipes with automatic loading and unloading. The size of the treated pipes is: Round pipes: 120 mm Rectangular tubes: 100x100mm The maximum length of the workplace is 6500mm. The machine is equipped with excellent software that allows different shapes in tubes for subsequent assembly and welding. Also, pipes can be cut so that one wall remains uncut, allowing it to bend easily and accurately and find a frame.

The modern equipment with CNC machines, which we possess allow us to work sheet iron with thickness till 18 mm and dimensions 1500x3000 mm. These products are with high quality, precise manufacturing and excellent external look. The specialized open asymmetric container with a volume of 10 m3 for construction waste is designed for collection and storage of construction waste. The dimensions and construction of the container fully comply with DIN 30720 - 1. The container is ribbed with cold-bent profiles for higher strength and load capacity and is equipped with a one-sided grip according to DIN 30720. They can be stacked together and serviced by specialized machines. The container is bilaterally primed and unilaterally painted in a color desired by the customer. It is made of sheet metal S235JR with the following thicknesses: - bottom sheet thickness: from 4 to 6 mm, - sheet thickness of the walls: from 3 to 5 mm, - thickness of the sheet metal of the reinforcing profiles: from 3 to 5 mm. Options: - The container can be made of sheet metal with different thickness of the bottom, profiles and sides to meet the special needs of the client.

They can be stacked into each other and serviced by specialized machines. The container is bilaterally primed and unilaterally painted in a color desired by the customer.
