Our portside Goole Depot offers both internal warehousing and external storage facilities, and features a 110 Tonne straddle carrier, a 45 Tonne capacity container handler/top lift and up to 28 Tonne FLT equipment for handling storage containers and vanning/de-vanning operations. Each COLLETT depot features warehousing & specialist heavy lift equipment including 110 Tonne straddle carriers, overhead gantry cranes and fork trucks providing the ideal solution for storage and transhipment operations.

Our warehousing and storage facilities can accommodate long and short term cargo handling and storage solutions or can simply be used as a 'holding' area for abnormal loads awaiting onward transport or shipment. Our 5-acre depot at Halifax offers 40,000sq ft of indoor warehousing and outdoor storage space and is divided between two operations, general warehousing for standard cargo and heavy lift storage for large, out of gauge cargo and abnormal loads. Apparatus for pressurizing test pieces We offer burst test benches to test load-bearing elements under pressure for their resilience. The components to be tested are put under pressure until they burst. Depending on the requirements (e.g. depending on the medium, pressure range, static or pulsating tests) we build your customized test stand.

The EP endurance test benches are used to test various components over a defined cycle for durability, e.g. temperature and pressure cycle tests. A high series quality requires precision and reliability. Operational and endurance tests are necessary in order to be able to demonstrably guarantee high quality. In the form of selection or random sampling tests, components are tested for fatigue and wear by means of load tests, for example under pressure and temperature changes. The tests are used for endurance stress testing of various materials and products with different pressure curves and temperatures. We build test benches according to your requirements: e.g. for long-term or short-term tests, under static or pulsating test conditions and depending on other factors. Present us your requirements!

The complete pump unit is installed on a base frame; it is operated with a central operating panel. Pre-selection of the maximum test pressure can be continuously adjusted to up to 5,500 bar. The pump is switched off automatically after the set pressure is reached. The flow rate can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 1 l per minute and thus enables a defined build-up of the required test pressure.

The Minneapolis Micro Leakage Meter (MLM) Measuring System has been developed by the manufacturer The Energy Conservatory in close cooperation with BlowerDoor GmbH in order to guarantee the functionality of ventilation systems by conducting airtightness tests of the duct system. With a measuring range of 0.17 to 78.5 m³/h, the MLM is also suitable for testing building components as well as small and highly airtight clean rooms.

The BlowerDoor MultipleFan system consists of three BlowerDoor fans and two digital DG-1000 pressure gauges, and was developed for airtightness measurements of large buildings with an envelope area of approximately 7,000 to 36,000 m² or an internal volume of up to 440,000 m³. As a modular system, the MultipleFan system can be used for testing larger industrial and administrative buildings, but also for single-family homes and apartment buildings using one or two BlowerDoor fans.
