After casting the Bronze, our chisels work on the Bronze (or aluminum, brass, etc.) using a series of techniques and tools. Imperfections and dirt are removed from the surface of the sculptures and if sculptures are cast in several parts, the welds are touched up. The surface finish can take several forms: Patina, or leaving the color of the metal visible. Some customers prefer to polish the surface until it looks like a mirror.

Our team of sculptors can create bronze busts of public figures, faithfully representing the features of the person being represented. What is the ordering process like? To order a sculpture you must first send us 4 to 6 photographs of the person being honored. For a Bronze bust we should expect to spend 1 month on the production of the original in Clay. Once the original sculpture has been approved, we will move on to the bronze casting process, which will take around 6 weeks.

Our team of sculptors can create life-size bronze sculptures representing public figures, professions, animals, etc. What is the ordering process like? To order a sculpture you must first send us 4 to 6 photographs of the person being honored. Once the budget has been approved, we will begin the execution of the original clay sculpture, taking into account the photos sent and other necessary information. For a full-body or life-size sculpture, we should allow 2 months for execution. Once the original sculpture has been approved, we will move on to the bronze casting process, which will take around 8 weeks.

We offer our workshop so that, accompanied by our professionals, you can produce your own waxes for casting and/or finish your sculptures after they are cast in Bronze. We also provide spaces for modeling sculptures in clay or plasticine. All of our spaces are available for sculptors and visual artists to use in developing their projects, using our machines and equipment as an extension of their studio or as a space for experiments, counting on our help in clarifying technical doubts.

The threaded inserts are tapered at the bottom and have a cutting slot. By screwing in they cut their own threads inside a receiver hole. This guarantees a completely secure and firm anchoring in the host material. Internal thread D1 acc. to ISO 6H. The threaded inserts with cutting slot spring slightly inwards in the slot region in some materials. This results in a screw locking effect. If this is not desired, we recommend the threaded inserts with a cutting bore.
