We have successfully adapted many of the adhesion promoters (developed for the Coil Coating process) for spray and brush application. Various adhesion promoters for NR, NBR, HNBR, EPDM, SBR, FPM, PVC, PP, ABS, PA, PU, TPE... are available.

CILBOND® combines the various properties of rubber, polyurethanes, plastics, metal and textile for industrial applications. Rubber-to-metal bonding Our adhesive build-up provides strong bonding between our metal carrier and your rubber. With our know-how, we are able to bond a wide variety of compounds such as NBR, CR, EPDM, SBR etc. for you. Plastic-to-metal bonding Whether PC (polycarbonate), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene), CAB (cellulose acetobutryate), PP (polypropylene), TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), PA (polyamide) and polyolefinic plastics or other thermoplastics as well as duroplastics - we ensure that you achieve optimum adhesion between the plastic and our metal carrier.

Gomastit parquet adhesive is an elastic MS hybrid adhesive for parquet, wood flooring and laminate. It adheres to various substrates even without a bonding agent and is free of solvents.

The overmolding process is when a flexible material is molded onto a more rigid material called a substrate. If properly selected, the overmolded (flexible material) will form a strong bond with the substrate. Bonding agents are no longer required to achieve optimum bond between the substrate and overmold. Heskins H3510 keying agent is an advance in adhesive technology, in the battle against low energy surfaces. All self-adhesive bases are liquid-based and as such, they need to ‘wet out’, which means they need friction to bond with a surface. The less friction, or energy, the less efficient the bond will be. H3510 keying agent, applied in small amounts, will increase the amount of energy in a surface and help create that efficient and durable bond. H3510 is only required for a very small amount of surfaces, normally these are PUR, some PPs etc, these surfaces typically exhibit low surface energy levels.
