The Keiper UNITRANS conveyor belt series can be fitted with different sidewalls. Sidewalls are used as margin stops, usually together with cleats and entraining elements, in ascending and descending conveyor systems. The sidewalls prevent the products from falling off the sides of the belt. Inclined conveying: steep or angled conveying up to a slope of 80° in connection with cleats. Horizontal conveying: transporting bulk material and different-sized products. Conveyor belt sidewalls made of PVC, PU or special materials such as PU foam, polyolefin or polyester. With or without fabric interlayers. With or without foot. In the colors blue, white, green petrol, black or transparent. Depending on the design, in oil- and grease-resistant quality as well as FDA/EU approval. High abrasion and cutting resistance.

The Keiper UNITRANS conveyor belt series can be fitted with numerous different cleats and entraining elements. Cleats and entraining elements are used for ascending or descending conveyor systems, linear movements and whenever lateral forces occur. With these elements it is easier to carry along, transport and place the products to be conveyed. Conveyor belt cleats made of PVC and PU – with or without fabric interlayers – in blue, white, green, petrol or transparent. Depending on the design, they are resistant to oil and grease, have FDA/EU approval. PVC/PU cleats made of belt material can be produced in a straight design or with an inclination of approximately 60° or 80° respectively. We also have a wide range of special cleats such as, for example: PVC 60° Shore A, closed-loop cleats, profiled cleats made of belt material, fabric and felt cleats, and special forms based on the customer’s requirements.

Weldable round belts made of PU and TPE are available in various Shore hardness grades and diameters for transport and powertransmission. Many belts are foodapproved (FDA/EC/USDA) and have various special properties for particularly demanding applications (eg. antistatic, lowtemperature, UV resistance, low elongation, metal detectable). Typical industries are Food, logistics, printing & paper, packaging, building materials and much more.

Can Cables are specially designed for the transport of empty or filled cans on short or very long conveying distances. The belts are made of very hard PU or TPE raw materials and some also have a steel reinforcement.

Keiper PU wide timing belts are made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength aramid cords in widths up to 600mm. These timing belts are specially designed for synchronous transport applications. In view of the production width as well as outstanding mechanical and chemical properties, they can be used for many applications. Moreover, it is possible to use special materials such as, for example, polyurethane that is suitable for contact with foodstuffs, or a nylon coating on the tooth facing and back side. Keiper PU molded timing belts (form belts), which are cast in special molds, are made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength steel cords (or aramid cords). The cast PU timing belt is an exact replica of its mold. Consequently, high pitch accuracy along the entire length of the belt is realized. They are particularly well suited for smooth running and high speeds.
