Dry product vacuum loaders This unit can only be used to suck dry materials. A vacuum installation up to 9000m³/h with cyclone and fine filter protection is fitted to obtain this. A dry product vacuum loader is also available with a self lifting system (Hi Lift VAC) to unload the material in big bag, high containers or other recipients. An example is shown in the image below. The complete unit is mounted on a skid which can be lifted by a hook lift system on the truck (rigids only). All is driven by a stationary ICE or hydraulically from the truck engine. These units are used on bulk sites where large amounts of dry bulk materials are stowed (e.g. coals, sand, …). Sprinklers keep the surfaces wet so the generated dust is kept under control. The unit has a spraying monitor which sprays water in all directions. With or without a spraying bar on the lower part of the truck to spray road surfaces. These units are available both as rigid or semi-trailer.

Deep-vacuum units use two vacuum pumps. Combi units This unit features two functionalities such as a high-pressure and a vacuum installation. It uses a high-pressure pump to clean dirt and debris from surfaces. And it has a vacuum pump which creates a near-full vacuum inside the residue tank to suck wet materials. Combi ‘HP’ units This unit features two functionalities such as a high-pressure and a vacuum installation. It uses a high-pressure pump to clean dirt and debries from surfaces. Pressures of 1000 bar or above can be reached. And it has a vacuum pump which creates near-full vacuum of the residue tank to suck wet materials. Combi sewer units This unit features two functionalities such as a high-pressure and a vacuum installation. It uses a high-pressure pump with high flow rate to clean out dirt, sand, sludge

This unit uses a vacuum pump to create a near-full vacuum in the tank. Suction hoses can be connected to the tank to suck wet materials. The tank is mounted on a tipping home-made semi-trailer chassis. The whole assembly is driven by the tractor. This unit features two functionalities such as a high-pressure and a vacuum installation. It uses a high-pressure pump to clean dirt and debris from surfaces. And it has a vacuum pump which creates a near-full vacuum inside the residue tank to suck wet materials. The tank is mounted on a tipping home-made semi-trailer chassis. The whole assembly is driven by the tractor. This can be a semi vac-unit or semi combi unit with the ICE mounted on the semi-trailer. On this way you have independent self-driven installation mounted on a semi-trailer. Unit with self-supporting vacuum unit (transport semi-trailer) This is a non-tipping vacuum semi-trailer with vacuum installation on the tractor or on the semi-trailer.

The RCDC ACC is designed with optimized key sections and equipment to guarantee a maximized efficiency. The steam flows from the turbine into a steam duct and several manifolds to reach the fin tube bundles. The RCDC ACC is designed in streets sitting on a steel leg system (under structure) raised to allow proper air intake into the forced draft modules of A-shape steelframes supporting the fin tube bundles. Once condensed the steam is collected by gravity into a condensate tank located underneath or in the close vicinity of the ACC. The efficiency of the steam condensation process is guaranteed using appropriate and reliable vacuum units. RCDC guarantee the complete system and undertake integral studies related to the ducts and manifolds, the steel leg system and the pipe work and other special studies as appropriate.
