A LASER transforms electrical energy into a laser beam oriented by mirrors that can be focused on a surface diameter of less than 0.2mm. As a factory tool, the laser is rapid, free from wear and tear and other constraints and of high precision. . This technology has the advantage of having no limit in terms of the geometry of the item, presents no deformation or relief in terms of cutting, and is accurate to +/- 0.1mm. The FA-L automatic load/unload system is designed to keep pace with today’s high-speed fiber and CO2 laser cutting machines. It can unload a processed sheet and load the next sheet in just 40 seconds. By keeping a continuous, uninterrupted production flow, the system maximizes machine throughput. The FA-L is ideal for large-volume applications with common material type, thickness and size. We have responded to this trend by purchasing a fleet of professional tipper trailers equipped with an unloading system. We have developed a high degree of efficiency in bulk container transport. This efficiency is the result of our special tipper trailers, custom-built for us, on which we can transport 20’ and 30’ containers. We transport bulk containers from Antwerp, Rotterdam, and Moerdijk to the destination of your choice in the Benelux countries. Bulk containers are primarily used to transport bulk goods, such as plastic granules, plastic regrind, plastic powders, phosphates, chunked animal nutrition, and cereals.
