Mecanic Systems, wishing to supply semi-finished and finished items, has equipped itself with several digitally controlled multi-purpose hydraulic bending machines (stamp + V). These guarantee the production of a vast range of items with a maximum length of 3,000mm. The tolerance for these operations is +/- 0.1mm per bend. Unfortunately, we cannot coil with this type of machine, but we can achieve facet folding (small bends every 5 or 10mm to arrive at the required radius). A sketch or a drawing is all that is needed for a positive or negative reply to bending with our equipment. For special bending requirements, a tool could possibly be designed for you.

Punch, bend, tap and form all on a single machine. The PX-Series punch press offers the ultimate in flexible production to handle even complex, three-dimensional parts. Its tool changer design features all-tool rotation – each tool is able to rotate a full 360 degrees. Our extensive range of high quality press brake tooling meets your every bending need. A complete line of standard press brake tooling is available for machines from 120 to 30000 kN. Single, multiple and adjustable V-dies are also offered. LVD’s patented STONE radius V-dies employ an innovative design that assures accurate bend angles along the entire bend length. Vertical removable style tooling makes tool changeover quick and easy. Specialized tooling is designed to withstand extremely high forces and rugged production conditions. All LVD-tools are hardened to 56 HRc. We have proven experience in (seamless) injection molding, both on natural as synthetic rubber types. Tooling design is also done in-house.
