Mecanic Systems, wishing to supply semi-finished and finished items, has equipped itself with several digitally controlled multi-purpose hydraulic bending machines (stamp + V). These guarantee the production of a vast range of items with a maximum length of 3,000mm. The tolerance for these operations is +/- 0.1mm per bend. Unfortunately, we cannot coil with this type of machine, but we can achieve facet folding (small bends every 5 or 10mm to arrive at the required radius). A sketch or a drawing is all that is needed for a positive or negative reply to bending with our equipment. For special bending requirements, a tool could possibly be designed for you.

The PROJECTOR LIFT MVS 200-15 is a versatile and innovative product that enables the installation of the projectors in environments where particular aesthetical solutions are needed. MVS-200-15 is supplied with an extremely silent motor that allows a descent from a minimum of 23 cm.to a maximum of 190 cm. and can carry up to 15kg. Moreover, the MVS 200-15 is supplied with a particular system that allows an easy fixing of a panel of your false ceiling by the threaded bars whose height is adjustable. One more interesting element of this lift has a cables gathering system with a raceway where to put the cables of the projector, so they will be hidden and tidy gathered together when the projector lift is going up. The lift is supplied with two safety screws.

The heavy PROJECTOR LIFT SERIES MVS 300 is a very strong and reliable new range of lifts specifically developed for large venue applications where large projectors need to be moved. These lifts are equipped with heavy-duty but silent motor which assures a fast and stable up-down movement of the projector. Also a SAFETY DEVICE is built-in in order to offer maximum security in case of any failure of the mechanism. The projector anchoring frame movement is controlled by two strong steel cables that are certified for a maximum load of 350 kg. each. A unique and professional cable management system is supplied integrated in the product. This allows to connect safely and tidily the projector with the power and signal cables.

Most of the Europem incinerators are equipped with waste heat recovery systems. Europem has supplied a wide range of waste heat recovery installations including steam boilers, thermal oil boilers, gas-liquid heat exchangers, gas-gas heat exchangers, bath heaters and air heaters. All waste heat recovery installations are tailored to the needs of the client and the optimal design of the overall installation. Our range of waste heat recovery systems include: -Fired tube boilers with or without economizer. Mobile Flare Systems Many situations call for the use of temporary flare systems e.g. cleaning and inspection of storage tanks and pipeline networks. Also chemical and petrochemical plant revamp projects. For these situations Europem has developed a range of mobile flare systems using either pipe flares or assisted flares. Mobile flare units can be free standing, transported by truck or they are ready mounted on a trailer. Our mobile systems can be supplied on a procurement, lease or rental basis. The patented Power Lube Sensor system can be installed on all lubrication points of the machine. It can be adapted to all kinds of oil and grease pumps installed upstream of the system (supplied via a central lubrication system or automatic lubricators or even gas system lubricator or manual pump, etc.). Description of the Power Lube Sensor ® Precise control and mastered alerts: The Power Lube Sensor Technology cleverly developed for data collection of up to 100 Power Lube Sensor units. Design and functional description: The Power Lube Sensor allows both to control the quantity / volume of lubricant as it passes through the electromechanical system and the remote transmission of alarms related to poor lubrication faults. It also controls the various alarms (battery level fault alarm, lubricant volume fault alarm, operating alarm, etc.) while adapting to all lubrication systems and industrial machine lubrication points system.
