At the end of 2006 Matco initiated a very ambitious investment programme on production capacity and storage capacity. Matco disposes of 11,000m² whereof a 6,000m² warehouse and a 3,000m² production hall. The company has all required licences in accordance with the strictest environment, health and safety regulations.

General handling and storage of frozen products The experienced permanent warehouse staff provides a faultless and fast processing of your frozen cargo that can be offered both as bulk or on pallets. After a careful entry check that may or may not include taking photographs, your products will be given a suitable location in the deep-freeze units by using the state-of-the-art integrated Antwerp Cold Stores' warehouse management system that the company has developed itself. Quality controls can be performed and samples can be taken and sent to laboratories during the entry check. Your products can be stored under customs supervision, in a VAT warehouse with tax representation or as free products. If required, your products can also be stored under a quarantine regime.

We have 1,000 m3 of storage capacity divided over nine silos. Our silos are suitable for storing: - Plastic granules - Plastic regrind - Plastic powder - Animal nutrition - Phosphates Our silos are equipped with dust filters, so that even the finest plastic powders can be safely unloaded. We also have silos equipped with automated loading bellows that simplify the filling of bulk tankers. The silos can also be emptied by air slide conveyor, all the way to our packaging machines.
