Durondeau pears have a golden bronze skin with a unique granular and acidulous flesh, with a harsh flavor. It is perfect to crunch but also suitable for cooking, since its acidity confers highly developed perfumes. The Durondeau is especially appreciated by connoisseurs. Available from September to December.

Conférence is an excellent pear variety. Its bottle shape has a beautiful green and bronzed skin with a delicious soft juicy flesh. Its long shelf life made this pear a great export product. Available almost all year long.
